The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies went above and beyond to help and always had a smile on their faces. The bartender was a doll - such a sweet man who could not do enough to make his guests happy. The rooms were very nice and kept clean. We were offered a free upgrade to two rooms with a private pool and that was a great treat for the children! The main pool was very big with many lounge chairs and umbrellas around it. A great place to hang out after a day at the beach. The bar was well stocked with many varieties of alcohol. And the morning breakfasts were good, especially the nice feature of the made-to-order crepe station and the organic vegetables from their Bio garden. Certainly recommended!

Today I received an hour long massage from Christina. She was very thorough and knew exactly where to find my weak spots. All in all a very nice experience!!

The hotel was located in a few km from the Skopelos town . As it is a 5 star hotel, we were excepting more . For example , the cleaning was every two days . We didn’t really understand what the new rules are due to Covid -19. In Skiáthos, they were cleaning our room every day and changing the sheets and the towels, in Alonissos every 3 days and in Skopelos every 2 days . We had to wait too long to get served breakfast, so long that either we had to wake up early or We were getting back pain from standing for so long. They had only two people serving breakfast who they were working too hard . Internet connection was poor and I had to use my 4G data. The air conditions they were old making a lot of noise and they did not work properly. You except at least slippers to be provided from a 5 star hotel. Also, we were staying in a bungalow and sharing a swimming pool with the bungalow next to us, They should have a shower fitted in the common area to use before we get into the pool. And a last thing, before the management books the rooms , he should consider how they book the bungalows especially the ones that they sharing the pool. Next to us , it was a family with kids that they made a lot of noise . I noticed the same to the bungalow next to us , it was one family with kids and a couple . Finally , many congrats to Chryssa from the breakfast who was working so hard

Its location is on a green slope, surrounded by olives and flowers. The distance from Chora Skopelos is about 1 mile. If you have your own car there is no problem, but there is also the hotel shuttle bus or perhaps on foot. We booked a suite of those that were refurbished a year ago. It was very stylish and comfortable. It can be used for up to a couple and two small children.We have no view on the other rooms but we guess would be about in a good condition.The most important feture we liked was the staff's courtesy and willingness. For them all is possible.The island of Skopelos is one of the most beautiful destinations we have ever been. Everyone deserves to visit it at least once in lifetime. We will be back!

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. I wouldn't say this is not a 5 star hotel it fell sadly short of the mark in a few areas. We had the bungalow with private pool. The pool kept having tiles missing or coming up. Wifi did not work very well. Breakfast was more 3 star than 5. We had the evening meal as family one night was very reasonable but would recommend the 5min drive to harbor and better selection of meals. Overall for what we paid it was exceptionally good value and we enjoyed our stay. But if your looking for a genuine 5 star you maybe disappointed.

Very nice experience. A hotel offers the possibility of real relaxation and enjoyment. For all nature lovers. For people who like to enjoy in a different way. The food was great. Greek specialties very tasty.

Very good overall experience. The location is excellent, very close to Skopelos town, great beaches within 5' to 20' drive. The room was nice and we got a free upgrade to a room with a shared garden and pool with the room next door (it was early in the season). We were offered lunch, when we arrived in the afternoon and we were tired, although the buffet was closed. We were also offered a breakfast box when we left early in the morning and could not attend breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean, it even had a double sized couch, that could turn into a bed, and they agreed to provide as a mattress pad to make it more comfortable. Parking space is generous and the overall setting is beautiful and cozy. I also had a run at the wellness area, which was a decent and affordable experience. This is not a luxury hotel, if this is what you are looking for and your standards are extremely high, but it gets all the basics right, plus more. Needs improvement: the air-conditioning units are a bit on the louder side. Food could be improved, I found some of the offerings to be dry and bland, but the variety was good with abundance.

Very nice hotel close to Skopelos town. With spacious, clean and comfortable bedrooms. The staff was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
