Insbesondere wenn es kompliziert wird, braucht man jemand Vor Ort der alles regelt und sich proaktiv um alles kümmert. Außerdem wurde uns auch mit allem anderen nur erdenklichen rund-um die Immobilie kompetent weiter geholfen - was weit über einen „normalen Makler“ herausgeht und die Zusammenarbeit hat vor allem auch sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Ich würde immer wieder über Skouras kaufen- insbesondere bei komplizierteren Fällen wie zum Beispiel eine unfertige Immobilie- dazu braucht man Profis an der Seite.
I can only praise! Fantastic partner for on-site property business in Greece! Especially when things get complicated, you need someone on site who takes care of everything and proactively takes care of everything. In addition, we were given competent help with everything else conceivable around the property - which goes far beyond a "normal broker" and the cooperation was above all a lot of fun. I would always buy through Skouras - especially in more complicated cases such as an unfinished property - you need professionals by your side.
