★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbeliavable. Worst courier ever. They promise timeframes but still they send text messages that they tried to deliver, even they didn’t. My package is lost now and I will never order again through Skrouz Last mile.
They dont even have branch or office where to pick your packet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery date changes every day to the next working day while trying to communicate with them over the phone is literally impossible. After waiting in line for several minutes once the music stops the line just hangs up every time - I can only assume they are actually refusing to answer any calls. On the chat it is more or less the same story, nothing more than a confirmation that the delivery date has changes again and then no more answers, nothing at all. The best thing is that they changed my order status to completed!

On the chat it is more or less the same story, nothing more than a confirmation that the delivery date has changed again and then no more answers, nothing at all. And of course no apology or offer to reimburse the amount paid for their incredibly inadequate services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They contacted me that my order will be delivered today (Saturday morning between 11:30 and 13:30). 14:30 in the afternoon and i call them to see what happened, they said it was a slight delay on the courier's route and it would be delivered in about 5 mins. I had specifically asked to call me because the doorbell was not working. When i called them i verified that they had my specific request and that the courier was informed. When i hang up the phone, i went outside to wait for them just to be sure. The guy never showed up and i never got a call either. And now that i am calling them again to see what happened and missed the delivery they dont answer at all. Awful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order on 6/4 and estimated delivery was 1-3 working days (Saturdays included). Their courier service picked up from the shop on 7/4. I received 1st estimated delivery for 8/4, 2nd for 9/4, 3rd for 11/4, 4th for 12/4, 5th for 13/4, and I am still counting. Of course no message from their side to explain the reason. I made contact on 11/4 and they claimed technical reasons. I wonder how it is possible for a courier service to have technical issues for 5 days in a row and still be in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ every time i order something from Scroutz i have to wait forever for my order ! it is either my street could not be found, or my phone is not working, or something else, they always blame the customers for their incompetence. at one point i even sent them a screenshot of my street as seen on Google Map. they still insisted that it could not be found (sigh).
then they stated that i was not at home while i was there all day waiting for them. (double sigh)
also, i don't understand your logic in calculating a shipping cost when i make multiple orders that you deliver in one go. why do you charge me for each order €2.50 when all my orders are in one single delivery ? to my understanding one delivery = one time €2.50 charge, no matter how many packages you deliver, because you make only ONE trip to me ! care to explain ?
ADVICE: please employ capable people able to use Google Map and reward them well so to become more enthusiastic to deliver our goods on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier is an absolutely embarassing and depressing representation of couriers world-wide. Horrible responsiveness, full of lies with regards to the delivery time. The estimated delivery day changes every day to the next, and it is never delivered. I've communicated over 5 times with them, they always say they will fix it and never do. An embarrassing joke at best. I would give 0 stars if I could. Never go with this company if you ever have the choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever courier... if only i could put MINUS stars!!! delivery estimates are wrong, u wait hours for nothing, nobody shows up... their system even notified me my package was delivered and nobody came!!! and the support asked me if somebody took it for me (neighbors/family) trying to get it two days now already!!! UNBELIEVABLE... NEVER AGAIN... if it doesn't work leave it to others... JUST SHUT THE SERVICE
