Επίσης, αν στείλεις απο Λάρισα δεμα για Θεσσαλονίκη φτάνει μεσα σε μια μέρα κ ειναι σχεδον πιο οικονομικά απο το ΚΤΕΛ. Speed, courtesy and service. d	diana drakaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι… Είχα κάνει μία παραγγελία από γνωστό κατάστημα ηλεκτρονικών ειδών. Από το εν λόγω κατάστημα ενημερώθηκα ότι θα παραλάβω το Σάββατο 9/4 κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ. Σήμερα Δευτέρα και ενώ είμαι στη δουλειά μου δέχομαι καταιγισμό τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων από κάποιον αγενέστατο υπάλληλο ο οποίος -εκτός του ότι μου μιλούσε στον ενικό- μου ζητούσε τα ρέστα γιατί δεν ήμουν σπίτι (!) και ήθελε να αφήσει την παραγγελία σε κάποιον γείτονα γιατί όπως είπε αυτολεξεί «δεν θα σε περιμένω εγώ εσένα μέχρι το βράδυ». Αναγκάστηκα να φύγω από τη δουλειά μου αναπτύσσοντας ιδιαίτερα υψηλή ταχύτητα , για να μη βρεθεί η παραγγελία μου στο δρόμο! Χώρια που έπρεπε να απαντάω στις κλήσεις του κυρίου ο οποίος με ρωτούσε επιτακτικά «που είσαι;» ( ο ενικός συνεχίστηκε φυσικά). Αν μη τι άλλο ο επαγγελματισμός και η συγκεκριμένη εταιρία δεν έχουν ακόμη συναντηθεί. Λυπάμαι πάρα πολύ. Unacceptable… I had placed an order from a well-known electronics store. From this store I was informed that I will receive on Saturday 9/4 something that never happened. Today, Monday, while I am at work, I receive a flurry of phone calls from a very rude employee who -apart from talking to me in the singular- asked me for change because I was not home (!) And wanted to leave the order to a neighbor because as he said literally "I will not wait for you until nightfall". I had to leave my job developing a very high speed, so that my order would not be found on the road! Apart from that I had to answer the calls of the gentleman who was urging me "where are you?" (the singular continued of course). If nothing else, professionalism and this company have not yet met. I am very sorry.
