Una casita acojedora de dos plantas con dos habitaciones, salón, cocina y dos baños. Es ideal para 2-4 personas. Tiene un patio tranquilo bajo la sombra de las plantas y pequeños balcones por dos lados. La playa está a 3 min a pie! Hay también un lugar dónde aparcar el coche.

• The house is located in Nautilus area on Gavriadia beach just 4.5 km from Ierissos center. Nautilus is a private estate of owned plots with limited car access exclusively to land owners. • It is a safe and quiet environment away from noise and traffic, surrounded by green, trees and the sea breeze. • Our plot is directly accessible by car and provides two (2) parking slots for our guests. ♒ The house is at a 150m straight line distance and at a maximum walking-path distance of 250m from the seaside (various pathways exist). ▶ We offer a welcome at your arrival and our local host who is a professional of the tourism industry stays in the area (less than a km away). ⌚ He will be at your support at any time during your stay. ▶ Moreover we are always close to help in case of any question or problem. ★★★★★ It is our commitment that this house will host your expectations for your holidays time in the area so we do our best that you are satisfied. ☺☺☺☺+☺☺ This is an ideal stay for a group or families up to 4 adults plus two kids, without any compromising of its qualities and your experience. [!] Its maximum capacity is that of 6 adult guests but we strongly suggest that this choice should be avoided for your convenience. ♒ 2 sun beach umbrellas are available for use! ♡ Baby bed and baby feeding chair are available if requested! ♥ For any question or request please contact us! ❤ Cleaning protocol: - We leave the house after checkout with no guests for 48 hours. - First day (after check out) the detailed cleaning and sanitizing takes place. - Second day the house remains empty. Third day morning ready to welcome you! - Cleaning lady is wearing protective equipment (mask and gloves). - We ventilate the house before, during and after cleaning. - Sanitizing takes place at bathrooms, most everyday use surfaces, doorknobs and light switches. - We provide hand cleansing gel near the entrance and disinfectant surface spray. ❤ This summer as hygienic issues concern us all, we removed several decorative objects from the everyday use surfaces, so that cleaning is made easy and effective. As our family uses the house the same way as our guests, we are always concerned on safety issues as much as providing a relaxing environment.
