Περίμενα μια εβδομάδα ειδοποίηση για την πορεία της παραγγελίας μου και για να μου το σηκώσουν και να μου πουν ότι είναι σε έλλειψη χρειάστηκε να πάρω τηλέφωνο 5 φορές (τις 3 χωρίς απάντηση). Γενικά δεν υπάρχει κανένα ενδιαφέρον για σωστή εξυπηρέτηση. Ευτυχώς δεν το είχα προπληρώσει. Σίγουρα δεν συνιστώ το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα! Unacceptable service. I waited a week for notice of the progress of my order and in order for them to pick it up and tell me that it is in short supply I had to call 5 times (3 times without answering). There is generally no interest in proper service. Fortunately, I had not prepaid it. I definitely do not recommend this store!
M	Magki Antwnopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα την παραγγελία μου, που ήταν μια ισιωτικη, στις 5/1/21 Έστειλα email να δω που βρίσκεται στις 11/1/21. Καμία απάντηση. Ξανά έστειλα email στις 13/1/21. Καμία απάντηση επίσης. Παίρνω σήμερα τηλέφωνο στις 15/1/21 και μου λένε ότι δεν υπάρχει σε απόθεμα και μου προτείνουν να μην την περιμένω γιατί δεν ξέρουν καν πότε θα έρθει. Γενικότερα δεν έχω γράψει ποτέ αρνητική κριτική για κατάστημα, και υποστηρίζω τις μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις και καταλαβαίνω ότι άνθρωποι είναι και εκείνοι και κάνουν λάθη. Αλλά δεν γίνεται 10 ολόκληρες ημέρες να μην κάνουν καν τον κόπο να με ενημερώσουν και να το μαθαίνω απλά και μόνο επειδή ήμουν επίμονη. Εγώ στις 20 του μηνός γίνομαι κουμπαρα, κατά πάσα πιθανότητα δεν θα έχω προλάβει καν να παραλάβω άλλη ισιωτικη, τα κομμωτήρια θα είναι κλειστά, οπότε τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Έκανα το λάθος να ξαναπαραγγειλω στο ίδιο σάιτ. !!Το κατάλαβα τώρα,που μπήκα να αφήσω σχόλια. Έκανα παραγγελία 30/08 Μέχρι τώρα ούτε απάντηση στο μεηλ,που τους έστειλα,ούτε δέμα,ούτε τηλεφώνημα! Πόσο άχρηστοι μπορεί να είναι??????? Και αν παρατηρήσετε πιο κάτω,μόνο στα καλά σχόλια (από κανέναν γνωστό...?) απαντάνε... Αισχος! I made 2 orders. I was waiting for these, to go gifts for the birthday ... I never received it !! I made the mistake of re-ordering on the same site. I understand now that I came in to leave comments. I placed an order on 30/08 So far no response to the email I sent them, no parcel, no phone call! How useless can they be ???? ??? And if you notice below, only the good comments (from anyone known ... ?) are answered ... Shame!
