Είχα κάνει μια παραγγελία αρκετές μέρες πριν το Πάσχα ( λαμπαδες και πασχαλινα είδη ) και λόγω μεγάλου φόρτου εργασίας της μεταφορική εταιρεία ς το δέμα όχι μόνο καθυστέρησε αλλά ήρθε την τρίτη μέρα μετά το Πάσχα(πρέπει να σημειωθεί ότι το δέμα μου στάλθηκε εγκαίρως από την εταιρεία ).Ομολογώ πως ήμουν αρκετά εκνευρισμενη και απογοητευμενη γνωρίζοντας ωστόσο ότι η εταιρεία δεν φέρει ουδεμία ευθύνη. Επικοινώνησα με τον υπεύθυνο του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος και εκείνος με ανιμετωπησε με απίστευτη κατανόηση και ανθρωπιά,δεσμεύτηκε μαλιστα να μου επιστρέψει τα χρήματα σε περίπτωση περαιτέρω καθυστέρηση.Η τόσο ειλικρινή στάση του απέναντι μου ήταν και ο λόγος της υπομονής μου. Αξιοζήλευτη εξυπηρέτηση,επαγγελματίκη προσέγγιση , ήθος και παιδεία όλα σε ένα. Τα πρωτότυπα και όμορφα προϊόντα συμπληρώνουν και απογειώνουν την άριστη συμπεριφορά όλων των υπαλλήλων . Συγχαρητήρια και πάλι διότι πράγματα σπανίζει στις μέρες μας. το αυτονόητο. ????☺☺☺☺☺☺???
Amazing service, excellent quality and genuine customer interest. I had placed an order several days before Easter (candles and Easter items) and due to the heavy workload of the transport company the parcel not only was delayed but came the third day after Easter (it should be noted that my parcel was sent on time by the company ). I confess that I was quite annoyed and disappointed knowing however that the company does not bear any responsibility. I contacted the e-shop manager and he treated me with incredible understanding and humanity, he even promised to return my money in case of further delay. His so honest attitude towards me was the reason for my patience. Enviable service, professional approach, ethos and education all in one. The original and beautiful products complement and enhance the excellent behavior of all employees. Congratulations again because things are rare nowadays. the obvious. And
