Σε επικοινωνία που ηρθα με υπεύθυνη απο τα κεντρικά μου έδωσε έγκριση επιστροφής χρημάτων λόγω της μεγαλης διαφορας ενώ την επόμενη ημερα που τα πηγα πίσω μου βρήκαν δικαιολογία την έλλειψη του παραστατικού το οποίο εν τέλει βρέθηκε μέσω τραπεζικής συναλλαγής και στην συνέχεια βρήκαν τη δικαιολογία οτι δεν είχαμε το κουτί απο το ένα ζευγάρι ενώ το άλλο το δέχτηκαν πίσω. Αναγνωρίζοντας το λάθος τους μόνο για το ένα ζευγάρι ( απαράδεκτο). Σημειωτέον οτι ειμαι συχνός πελάτης στο κατάστημα αυτο και εγω και η οικογένεια μου. Αλλα εμείς φταίμε που ψωνίζουμε με τα μάτια κλειστά απο απρόσωπα καταστήματα και δεν στηρίζουμε τα τοπικά καταστήματα της πόλης μας που στην τελική έχουν και καλύτερες τιμες. Δεν θα ξανα περάσω ούτε απο έξω. UNACCEPTABLE !!! Purchase of shoes (men's and women's) 120 € each. In a local chain of stores in Kalamata they sold them for 72 €. In a communication that I came with a person in charge from the headquarters, he gave me a refund approval due to the big difference, while the next day when I took them back they found an excuse for the lack of the document which was finally found through a bank transaction and then found the excuse that we did not have the box from one pair while the other was accepted back. Acknowledging their mistake only for one pair (unacceptable). Note that I and my family are frequent customers of this store. But it is our fault that we shop with our eyes closed from impersonal shops and we do not support the local shops of our city which in the end have better prices. I will not go outside again either.
