Λόγω του ότι το κατάστημα βρίσκεται στα Καλάβρυτα και εγώ Φλώρινα έκανε 2 μέρες να έρθει όπως προβλέπεται και παρέλαβα λόγω ανταπόκρισης στην Αθήνα Σάββατο. Όλα σούπερ μέχρι που δοκίμασα το κράνος και δυστυχώς το νούμερο που παράγγειλα μου ήταν ελαφρώς μικρό.... Και εδώ αρχίζει το εντυπωσιακό της υπόθεσης! Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα την ίδια μέρα Σάββατο για αλλαγή και τους ζήτησα εάν είναι δυνατόν να γίνει γρήγορα η αλλαγή για να το έχω πριν το τέλος της εβδομάδας... Ε λοιπόν Δευτέρα έστειλα πίσω το δέμα και τρίτη είχα το καινούριο πακέτο στα χέρια μου! Μπράβο τους και ευχαριστώ πολύ! Έστειλαν το δέμα πριν παραλάβουν την επιστροφή για να με εξυπηρετήσουν πιο γρήγορα! I ordered a ski helmet on Thursday. Due to the fact that the store is located in Kalavrita and I, Florina, took 2 days to come as planned and I received it due to a response in Athens on Saturday. Everything was great until I tried on the helmet and unfortunately the number I ordered was slightly small .... And here begins the impressive case! I contacted the store the same day Saturday for a change and asked them if it is possible to make the change quickly so that I can have it before the end of the week ... So on Monday I sent back the package and on Tuesday I had the new package in my hands! Well done and thank you very much! They sent the parcel before receiving the return to serve me faster!

Πολύ ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από τη κοπέλα που επικοινώνησα η οποία με βοήθησε να βρω προσεγγιστικά το μέγεθος που ήθελα. Ακολούθησε παραγγελία online ανδρικού μπουφαν για snowboard. Η αποστολή έγινε την ίδια μέρα και απευθείας είχα tracking number. Έφθασε σε κουτί και το ίδιο το μπουφάν τυλιγμένο σε πλαστική προστατευτική ζελατίνα σε κατασταση όπως αν το έβγαλαν μόλις από το κατάστημα. Το μπουφάν ήταν τελικά λίγο μεγάλο σαν μέγεθος αλλά αυτό δεν είχε καμία σχέση με το κατάστημα γιατί είμαι μεταξύ δύο μεγεθών (S,M). Επειδή δεν ήμουν σίγουρος αν τελικά ήθελα το Small επικοινώνησα μαζί τους για να δω αν μπορούν να μου κάνουν αλλαγή ή επιστροφή χρημάτων. Ο κύριος που με εξυπηρέτησε με ενημέρωσε ευγενικά ότι δεν υπάρχει το μέγεθος που ήθελα και ότι δεν γίνεται επιστροφή χρημάτων σε προϊόντα που αγοράστηκαν σε εκπτωτική τιμή ωστόσο δέχθηκε ακόμα και έτσι να γίνει η επιστροφή αν το επιθυμώ και δεν βρίσκω κάτι άλλο. Η επιστροφή δεν έγινε και το κράτησα γιατί ακριβώς είμαι μεταξύ δύο μεγεθών. Πολύ καλή εμπειρία γενικότερα, θα έπαιρνα ξανά από το κατάστημα και θα το συνιστούσα για την όλη εξυπηρέτηση, άμεση αποστολή, παραλαβή και υποστήριξη μετά. Evaluation for the online store. The gentleman who served me kindly informed me that there is not the size I wanted and that there is no refund on products purchased at a discounted price, however, he accepted even so that the refund can be made if I wish and I can not find anything else. The return was not made and I kept it because I am exactly between two sizes. Very good experience in general, I would take it again from the store and would recommend it for all service, immediate shipping, receipt and after support.
