We submitted the medical file to the secretariat of KEPA for examination by a disability evaluation committee. We were served quickly without any problems.

N	Nora A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ τι να πω περιμενα να εχω παλι αθλια εμπειρια οπως ειχα στις παροχες του ΙΚΑ στον Αγιο Αλεξη την προηγουμενη εβδομαδα. καμια σχεση ομως!!! οι ανθρωποι παρα πολυ ευγενικοι απ τους κυριους που τσεκαραν τα πισυοποιητικα στην πορτα μεχρι τις κυριες που μ εξυπηρετησαν και με βοηθησαν!!! μπραβο σας που κανετε τη διαφορα και δεν εχετε ΚΑΜΙΑ σχεση με τους συναδελφους σας στο αλλο υποκαταστημα. υπεροχη η κυρια Ευτυχια στις παροχες η οποια με βοηθησε παρα πολυ και μου αλλαξε τελειως τη γνωμη και την προκαταληψη με την οποια ειχα παει, οπως και η ξανθια κυρια επισης στις παροχες!!! What can I say, I expected to have a miserable experience again as I had in the IKA facilities in Agios Alexis last week. no relation though !!! the people were very kind from the gentlemen who checked the certificates at the door to the ladies who served me and helped me !!! Well done for making the difference and having NOTHING to do with your colleagues in the other branch. Wonderful Mrs. Happiness in the benefits which helped me a lot and completely changed my opinion and the prejudice I had gone with, as well as the blonde lady also in the benefits !!!
Φ	Φωτεινη Καλαμπαλικη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που μπορεί να έχει φορολογούμενος έλληνας πολίτης εν έτη 2022 από εξυπηρέτηση στο συγκεκριμένο εφκα οι άνθρωποι είναι εντελώς απαράδεχτοι εκτός του ότι έχουν μόνιμα κατεβασμένα τα τηλεφωνα και δεν μπορείς να επικοινωνήσεις τηλεφωνικώς δεν σέβονται εγκυμονούσες γυναίκες όπου περιμένουν στην ουρά και με απαξιωτικό και αυθάδη τρόπο απαντούν. Λυπάμαι κύριοι όπου οι περισσότεροι είστε καρεκλοκένταυροι του δημοτικού έχετε τσακωθεί με την ανθρωπιά, την παιδεία και την ευγένεια.... The worst experience that a taxpayer of Greece can have in the years 2022 from service in this particular efka people is completely unacceptable except that they have permanently hung up the phones and you can not communicate by phone do not respect pregnant women where they wait in line and with disgrace way they respond.
