★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η SOCS επιμελήθηκε και επιμελείται το σύστημα συναγερμού στο διαμέρισμά μου. Σχεδίασε και εγκατέστησε τηλεπαρακολούθηση μέσω κινητού σε χώρο που ζητήσαμε για να επιτηρούμε το κατοικίδιο. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, άριστη τεχνική κατάρτιση και επαγγελματισμός που σπανίζει.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογοι επαγγελματίες και άριστη τεχνική κατάρτιση. Είχαν περάσει διάφορες εταιρείες που βρήκα στο internet και μου έλεγαν ότι είναι από την εταιρεία και ξέρουν...Τι να σας πω...Ο ένας μου είπε να τα πετάξουμε όλα...Λες και είναι καιρός να τα αλλάζουμε τώρα...ο άλλος έβαλε λάθος θυροτηλέφωνο και άλλης εταιρείας...Έχουμε θυροτηλέφωνα χωρίς ακουστικό και μου έβαλαν με ακουστικό...Και οι τεχνικοί που ήρθαν μου έδειξαν σχέδιο της BPT που έλεγε ότι δεν είναι σωστό και ότι μελλοντικά θα υπάρξουν προβλήματα.Τελικά τα προβλήματα δεν διορθώθηκαν μέχρι που βρήκα το τηλ. της αντιπροσωπείας και σώθηκα!!Παιδιά σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!! Μια συμβουλή σε όλους: Καλέστε τους πραγματικά εξουσιοδοτημένους και όχι αυτούς που το παίζουν εξουσιοδοτημένοι!!
Excellent professionals and excellent technical training. They had gone through various companies that I found on the internet and they told me they are from the company and they know ... What can I tell you ... One told me to throw them all away ... As if it's time to change them now ... the other one put the wrong doorbell and another company ... We have handsets without a headset and they put me in a headset ... And the technicians who came showed me a BPT plan that said it was not right and that there would be problems in the future. corrected until I found the dealership phone and saved !! thank you very much !! A tip to everyone: Call the real authorized and not the authorized ones !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ζητησαν 3000 € για αντικατασταση καμμένης καμερας εισόδου . Κι επειδη (κατ'αυτους) δεν υήρχε, θα αλλαζαν τα πάντα.
Η επισκευη εγινε με €300 (!!) με την ΄σωστη καμερα και ολα δούλεψαν!
Δυστυχώς δεν μπορω να βαλω 0 αστερακια
Εσεις πως θα τους χαρακτηρίζατε;
They asked me for 3000 € for the replacement of a burnt input camera. And because (according to them) it did not exist, everything would change.
The repair was done with € 300 (!!) with the right camera and everything worked!
