m	maria giourti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαστε αρκετά ικανοποιημένοι απο την ποιότητα την ανεση και το desing του καναπε αλλα καθόλου ευχαριστημένοι απο το κατάστημα και την εξυπηρέτηση. Αγοράσαμε τον συγκεκριμένο καναπε απο αυτο το καταστημα γιατι αρχικά μείναμε παρα πολυ ευχαριστημένοι απο την εξυπηρέτηση και την τιμή του τον παραλάβαμε σχεδόν μετα πο ενα μήνα αλλα μας ηρθε λαθος. Τα μαξιλάρια πλάτης ήταν αλλα απο αυτα που συμφωνήσαμε παίρνουμε τηλεφωνο στο κατάστημα και ευτυχώς μας λενε οτι θα γινει αντικατάσταση άμεσα και οτι θα παραγγείλουν το ύφασμα και όταν έρθει θα ερθουν αυτοι και θα προυν τα μαξιλάρια και θα μας τα φέρουν. Περνάει ο καιρός χωρις καμία ενημέρωση παίρνουμε εμείς τηλέφωνο και μας λένε ναι εχει ερθει το ύφασμα φέρτε εσεις εδω τα μαξιλάρια και σε λιγες μέρες θα σας φέρουμε τα καινούργια πέρασαν 2 εβδομάδες που ειμασταν χωρις μαξιλάρια και φυσικά παλι δεν μας πηραν τηλέφωνο να μας ενημερώσουν αλλα παίρναμε εμεις. Γενικά ειμασταν πανω απο το τηλέφωνο για αντικαστησουν αυτοι το λαθος τους και παραλάβαμε ουσιαστικά τον καναπέ που αρχικά παράγγειλαμε μετα απο 2 μηνες. Ισως θα έπρεπε να βαλω 3 αστεράκια αλλα το προϊόν ηταν πολυ καλο We are quite satisfied with the quality, comfort and design of the sofa but not at all happy with the store and the service. We bought this sofa from this store because at first we were very happy with the service and we received the price almost a month later but we got it wrong. The back pillows were but from what we agreed we call the store and fortunately they tell us that there will be a replacement immediately and that they will order the fabric and when it comes they will come and take the pillows and bring them to us. Time passes without any information, we call and they tell us yes the fabric has arrived, bring the pillows here and in a few days we will bring you the new ones, 2 weeks have passed since we were without pillows and of course again they did not call us to inform us but we took we. Generally we were on the phone to make up for their mistake and we actually received the sofa that we originally ordered after 2 months. Maybe I should have put 3 stars but the product was very good

The main benefit is that for a small surcharge you can customize your sofa, so that it fits your needs 100%. We would definitely recommend it.

Very helpful and polite. Wonderful customer service . Tmima was also very helpful and polite. They both went out of their way. I didn’t buy anything but I will very soon . If you are looking for furniture do not go anywhere else. Ask for Alex and Tmima.

Alex spent a long time explaining the different beds, sofas and armchairs and providing us with valuable advice. He displayed exemplary patience when our building project and therefore delivery of the furniture were delayed. The delivery experience - we are three hours from Athens - was also excellent and we are very happy with all our furniture. We highly recommend this store!
