★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono pochi appartamenti molto belli e spaziosi. C'è un bel giardino con bici e ping ping a disposizione degli ospiti. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili. La vicina strada infastidisce un po' è il segnale del Wi-Fi è da migliorare. Moltissime spiagge a disposizione nel raggio di pochi km e il vicino paese offre tutti i servizi necessari.
 They are a few very nice and spacious apartments. There is a nice garden with bikes and ping-pong for guests. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The nearby road bothers a bit and the Wi-Fi signal needs improvement. Many beaches available within a few km and the nearby town offers all the necessary services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: L'appartamento su due livelli ha una vista fantastica: ogni sera vedere il tramonto era uno spettacolo emozionante; la casa si trova a Nikiti posizione strategica per visitare Sithonia ed è dotata di ogni confort . Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno dove c'è un'area molto ben attrezzata a disposizione x poter fare un barbecue e cenare all'aperto , un tavolo da ping pong e un bel dondolo. La proprietaria Sofia è una persona squisita e disponibilissima insieme a suo marito e a suo figlio; durante il soggiorno ci ha deliziati con alcuni dolci fatti da Lei e con la sua compagnia ; alla ns.partenza ci ha salutati con un dolce pensiero ( 2 vasetti di miele). Consigliatissimo.. Negazione: dover prendere l'auto anche x poche centinaia di metri ( raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi non è facile ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brilliant choice for relaxing holidays with high quality rooms and one of the best cleaning standards we have seen! Sofia and her husband are truly the best hosts and the hospitality was so warm. Totally recommended for families and groups of friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Me and my family with small kids stayed here in july2019 for 10nights. Huge maisonette apartment, with even bigger terrace and nice garden. Awesome view on the bay. Everything is new. Fully equiped, air condition, flynets. Full comfort, also very friendly host. Close to many beautiful beaches, and Nikiti city with supermarkets, restaurants and evening promenade, but you need the car for everything, but it was no problem for us. Free parking. Definitely great accomodation, we recommend to everybody.. Negative: * we recommend to buy 1big knife for the kitchen, nothing else is necessary, kitchen is fully equiped * we preffer 1king size double bed in the bedroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The property has a perfect location with a great sea view. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet place 5 mins away from the main village of Nikiti and is close enough to beautiful beaches. The property has great backyard with barbecue and a garden with olive trees. The hosts were very polite and helpful whenever we needed them. I’d strongly recommend the property to everyone who wants to have a great vacation in Sithonia..
