Τηλεφώνησα για το γεγονός και η υπάλληλος που απάντησε την κλήση ήταν και αγενέστατη! Προφανώς και δεν το συνιστώ για να το προτιμήσετε σαν κατάστημα! Bad service! They did not bring the soft drink of the order, a credit was offered, they said they would bring it, 40 minutes after the soft drink did not show up. Διαπιστώσαμε ότι ελειπαν οι πατάτες τις οποίες είχαμε ήδη πληρώσει. Καλέσαμε στο μαγαζί και μας είπαν ότι τις στέλνουν αμέσως. Έφτασε η ώρα 11.30 και ακόμα δεν είχαν φτάσει. 2 ώρες μετά από την αρχική παραγγελία και δεν έχουμε παραλάβει όλο μας το φαγητό. Απαράδεκτο I ordered 9.30 pm with an estimated delivery time of 50 minutes. 10.50 (almost 1.30 hours later) the order arrived. We found that the potatoes we had already paid for were missing. We called the store and they told us that they send them immediately. It was 11.30 and they had not arrived yet. 2 hours after the original order and we have not received all our food. Unacceptable
E	Eirini Andreou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από την παραγγελία που κάναμε έλειπε ένα προϊόν το οποίο προφανώς και είχαμε πληρώσει. Όταν κάλεσα στο κατάστημα η αντιμετώπιση ήταν απλά ΤΡΑΓΙΚΗ και ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ. Η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο ειρωνευόταν και έλεγε θα προσπαθήσουν να το φέρουν ή να το σημειώσουν για άλλη μέρα, το ότι εμείς θέλαμε να φάμε εκείνη την στιγμή δεν το σκέφτηκε μάλλον. Το αποτέλεσμα ακόμη πιο τραγικό. ΤΟ ΠΡΟΪΟΝ ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΕΦΕΡΑΝ ΠΟΤΕ και μετά καλούσαμε στο κατάστημα και είχε κλείσει. Είναι το λιγότερο γελοίοι και αγενείς με αυτή τη συμπεριφορά. C	Chris Markakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα 9 και 5 πρώτη παραγγελία για να μου πουν μετα από μια ώρα ότι η παραγγελία έχει πάει σε άλλη οδό τελικά έρχεται μετά από μια ώρα και 10 λεπτά παγωμένα και πανιασμενα τα δύο τυλιχτα που πήρα. Τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο και όχι μόνο ήταν αγενεστατοι και ειρωνικοί συμφωνούν αφού τους είπα εγώ και όχι αυτοί να έρθουν να τα πάρουν και να φέρουν αλλα και αφού ξαναπεριμενω μισή ώρα δηλαδή στο σύνολο 1 ώρα και 40 λεπτά τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο να δω που είναι ο ντελιβερας και μου λένε ειρωνικά " πείτε μου λίγο ποια είναι η παραγγελία σας ". Να σημειωθεί ότι το μαγαζί είναι στο 1 χλμ από το σπίτι μου και τα τυλιχτα η μερίδα μέσα και αυτή μικρή. Το λιγότερο απαράδεκτοι και αντιεπαγγελματιες. ΤΑ ΣΧΟΛΙΑ ΔΙΚΑ ΣΑΣ!!! μαθατε ολοι να τρωτε και να κρινετε μαγαζια με θετικες κριτικες,ενω ποιοτικα και γευστικα ουτε το κατικοιδιο σας δεν θα ετρωγε! ντροπη σας κανετε πολυ μεγαλο λαθος οσων αφορα την απαντηση σας στο σχολιο μου! δεν παρηγγειλα ποτε 1+1 προσφορα,ουτε καμια προωθητικη ενεργεια! παρηγγειλα κανονικα και εχω και την αποδειξη αν σας ενδιαφερει δεν κωλυομαι να το κρυψω!
