M	Marianna Hanioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα 9.15. Η ώρα 00.50 και ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει. Κατανοώ τη δυσκολία της ημέρας και γι αυτό είχα υπομονή στις 2 ώρες αναμονή. Μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες έπιασα γραμμή και μου είπαν ότι ετοιμάζεται. Έχουν περάσει σχεδόν άλλες 2 ωρες και δεν έχει έρθει. Στο κατάστημα μου, όταν ξέρω ότι θα καθυστερήσουν οι παραγγελίες από τον χρόνο που δηλωσα, καλώ τον πελάτη να τον ενημερώσω. Αυτή τη στιγμή δε μπορώ καν να ακυρώσω τη παραγγελία μου. Ούτε το κατάστημα το σηκώνει, ούτε γραμμή στο efood μπορώ να πιάσω και έχω κάνει αίτημα επικοινωνίας από τις 10.30. Σε 4 ώρες έχω ξεπαγωσει κιμά και έχω κάνει δικά μου μπέργκερ. Δε ξέρω εάν είναι λάθος δικό μου που ήθελα να παραγγείλω τέτοια μέρα λόγω απεργίας ή δικό τους το λάθος που δεν ξέρουν να διαχειρίζονται καταστάσεις. Τέλος, να σημειώσω πως όταν κατάφερα να πιάσω γραμμή στο κατάστημα,ακουγα από μέσα μια κυρία που εβριζε ασταμάτητα . Πολύ καλή εικόνα. I ordered 9.15. e	ektoras paleologos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλιο . Ο ντελιβερας ήταν αγενής και μου είπε να ανοίξω την τσάντα του και να πάρω την παραγγελία μόνος μου αντί να μου την δώσει . Τουλάχιστον ήρθε στην ώρα του. Το φαγητό πανάκριβο και άγευστο. Οι πατάτες οι κλασικές προτηγανισμενες. Μακρυά . Poor. The delivery man was rude and told me to open his bag and take the order myself instead of giving it to me. At least he came on time. The food is very expensive and tasteless. The potatoes are the classic pre-fried. Away.
G	Georgeios Theiakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οτι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε μπέργκερ και εξυπηρέτηση! Ωμό κρέας, μη ποιοτικά υλικά. Στις 2 πρώτες μπουκιές κατάλαβα οτι είναι κιόλας άψητο εντελώς. Μίλησα στο κατάστημα και η υπεύθυνη μου πρότεινε να μου στείλουν άλλο δωρεάν. Ωστόσο είχα σιχαθεί τόσο πολύ που τους το επέστρεψα. Φυσικά και δεν μου γύρισαν ούτε καν ένα ποσοστό της παραγγελίας πίσω σε χρήματα (η τρομερή υπεύθυνη είπε ότι δεν είναι στην πολιτική της εταιρείας οι επιστροφές χρημάτων). Έφυγα χωρίς να ζητήσω προφανώς αντικατάσταση και όλα καλά. Το μαγαζί απλά delete από τη λίστα μου στο efood. The worst there is in burgers and service! Raw meat, low quality ingredients. In the first 2 bites I realized that it is already completely uncooked. I spoke to the store and my manager suggested that they send me another one for free. However, I was so disgusted that I returned it to them. Of course, they did not even return a percentage of the order back to me (the terrible manager said that refunds are not in the company's policy). I left without obviously asking for a replacement and all is well. The store simply delete from my efood list.
