Κάναμε παραγγελία 3 burger μέσω efood και είχε αναμονή 50 λεπτά. Μόλις πέρασε 1 ώρα και κάτι ξεκινήσαμε να τους παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο. Δεν απαντούσε κάνεις. Μετά από πάρα πολλές προσπάθειες μας απάντησαν και όταν τους ρωτήσαμε τί συνέβη και υπάρχει τέτοια καθυστέρηση μας είπαν με απάθεια ότι μόλις ξεκίνησε ο ντελιβερας και είναι στο δρόμο. Ζητήσαμε να ακυρωθεί η παραγγελία και ύστερα από μιάμιση ώρα αναμονής ήρθε ο ντελιβερας. Εξηγήσαμε στον άνθρωπο τί έγινε και ότι κανονικά έπρεπε να τον είχαν ενημερώσει για να μην έρθει άδικα.
ΥΓ: Σε αντίστοιχες περιπτώσεις μας έχουν κεράσει τη παραγγελία αλλά έστω μια συγνώμη δεν βλάπτει.
ΥΓ1: Βγάλατε καλό όνομα, καλή συνέχεια.
 Unacceptable.
We ordered 3 burgers via efood and it had a wait of 50 minutes. Just an hour passed and we started calling them. You did not answer. After many attempts they answered us and when we asked them what happened and there is such a delay they told us with apathy that the delivery has just started and is on its way. We asked for the order to be canceled and after an hour and a half of waiting, the delivery came. We explained to the man what had happened and that normally he should have been informed so that he would not come unjustly.
PS: In similar cases they have served us the order but even an apology does not hurt.

The only issue is when you call and the girl answer the phone.. two times they forgot to bring the POS Machine and they come back after one hour of delivering the food. Also they asked my phone number and never phone me back. when you order food for two they don't put the sticker to know what burger is yours... or they write by hand...
Little things to pay attention for a better service.

They make a big mistake with my burger adding onions when we are allergic to onions and after mentioned them.
They zografou store make mistake every time they sent out our order. We order once a week.
