Πλέον αν δεν το παραγγείλεις δεν το έχει παρά μόνο 3 -4 ατομικά μπολακια κ οποίος προλάβει. Καθημερινές μπορώ να το καταλάβω αλλά πσκ θα πρέπει να έχει αυτό για το οποίο έγινε γνωστό Nice sweets but a little expensive. The store became known to me for banofi. Now if you do not order it, it has only 3-4 individual bowls and whoever catches it. Everyday I can understand it but PSK should have what it became known about
Δ	Δημήτρης Τσιμογιάννης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράζουμε συστηματικά τα γλυκά μας από τα καταστήματα Σοκολάτα Πειραιώς και Νέας Σμύρνης καθώς θεωρούμε ότι έχουν εξαιρετικές γεύσεις. Γι αυτό το λόγο αποφασίσαμε να δώσουμε παραγγελία για τούρτα γενεθλίων της κόρης μας. Επιλέξαμε από έτοιμα σχέδιά τους και κάναμε κάποιες τροποποιήσεις τις οποίες δεν μας αρνήθηκαν για τεχνικούς λόγους. Την ημέρα των γενεθλίων (24/12/20) μόλις ξεκινήσαμε να κόβουμε την τούρτα διαπιστώσαμε ότι το μαχαίρι σταματούσε από κάποιο εμπόδιο στη μέση... υπέθεσα ότι ίσως υπήρχε ενδιάμεση στρώση σοκολάτας και πίεσα πιο πολύ το μαχαίρι αλλά τίποτα... Τελικά στη μέση της τούρτας είχαν βάλει ένα χοντρό χαρτόνι, όπως στο δισκάκι που κρατά την τούρτα. Δεν πιστεύαμε στα μάτια μας!! Το ότι παραγγείλαμε μους σοκολάτα και η τούρτα ήταν bueno φαντάζει δευτερεύον σε σχέση με τα παραπάνω. Γίναμε ολίγον ρεζίλι στους καλεσμένους και η γυναίκα μου πήγε για παράπονα στο κατάστημα (25/12/20). Η κοπέλα πράγματι συμφώνησε ότι μέσα σε μία τούρτα πρέπει να βάζουμε μόνο βρωσιμα υλικά. Ζητήσαμε εξηγήσεις από το εργαστήριο τις οποίες δεν έχουμε λάβει ακόμα (2/1/21). Η στάση τους ήταν απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική. Ακόμα περιμένω μια συγγνώμη την οποία αν δεν λάβω το θέμα θα προχωρήσει ακόμα παραπέρα. We regularly buy our sweets from the Chocolate stores of Piraeus and Nea Smyrni as we consider that they have excellent flavors. That's why we decided to place an order for our daughter's birthday cake. We chose from their ready-made designs and made some modifications which we were not denied for technical reasons. On the day of the birthday (12/24/20) as soon as we started cutting the cake we found that the knife was stopping by an obstacle in the middle ... I assumed that maybe there was an intermediate layer of chocolate and I pressed the knife more but nothing In the middle of the cake they had put a thick cardboard, as in the tray that holds the cake. We could not believe our eyes !! The fact that we ordered chocolate mousse and the cake was bueno seems secondary in relation to the above. We became a little resilient to the guests and my wife went to the store to complain (25/12/20). The girl actually agreed that in a cake we should put only edible ingredients. We asked for explanations from the laboratory which we have not yet received (2/1/21). Their attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm still waiting for an apology which if I do not receive the issue will go even further.

Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί όχι μόνο για τα πεντανόστημα γλυκά αλλά και για το υπέροχο και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο του!
