Ρώτησα για συγκεκριμένο ανταλλακτικό, το περίμενα εντός 1.5 ώρας όπως είπαν και εν συνεχεία μου είπαν ότι θα χρειαστεί άλλες 3 ώρες τουλάχιστον και ενώ γνώριζαν ότι ήμουν εν μέσω ταξιδιού. Τελικά έκανα την επιδιόρθωση στην Αθήνα και σε μικρότερη τιμή (αρκετά μάλιστα) σε σχέση με αυτή που μου είπαν. Ελπίζω οι υπόλοιποι πελάτες να έχουν καλύτερη εμπειρία, εγώ πάντως δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κάποιον.
Greater dishonesty I have not encountered. I asked for a specific spare part, waited for it within 1.5 hours as they said and then told me it would take at least another 3 hours while they knew I was in the journey. Eventually I did the repair in Athens and at a lower price (quite a lot) than what I was told. I hope other customers have a better experience, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
