★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήταν το πρώτο μας κούρεμα στο Pet Shop της Σονιας, μας εξυπηρέτησε η Αντιγόνη, η οποία ήταν ευγενέστατη και μας παρέδωσε ένα κουταβι χαρούμενο και πανέμορφο!! Εξαιρετικοί στο είδος τους! Μπράβο σας! Αντιγόνη σε ευχαριστώ πολύ, θα σας δούμε σύντομα!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα ξαναπάει πριν από κάποιο καιρό τον Λοκι στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και είχα μείνει ευχαριστημένη, επομένως επέλεξα να τον ξαναπάω. Όταν πήγα να τον πάρω ρώτησα την κοπέλα που μου τον έδωσε αν ήταν όλα καλά και η απάντηση που πήρα (με την κυρία Σονια παρούσα) ήταν πως όλα πήγαν καλά. Αργότερα όταν γύρισα σπίτι είδα πως είχαν κόψει το ένα του νυχάκι πολύ βαθιά και επίσης η πατούσα του σε εκείνο το σημείο είχε μια πληγή με αποτέλεσμα το σκυλί να πονάει και να τριποδιζει. Πήρα λοιπόν τηλεφωνο για να ζητήσω εξηγήσεις, όχι τόσο για τον τραυματισμό (είναι αρκετά ζωηρός), αλλά για την απουσία ενημέρωσης. Η απάντηση που έλαβα από την κοπέλα που μίλησα ήταν πως δεν έκανε η ίδια το πλησιμο του σκυλιού και πως θα μιλούσαμε με την υπεύθυνη και θα με έπαιρνε πίσω τηλέφωνο, πράγμα που δεν έγινε ποτέ. Κρίμα γιατί είχα ακούσει πολύ καλά λόγια για το μαγαζί.
I had taken Loki to this store some time ago and I was happy, so I chose to go to him again. When I went to get him I asked the girl who gave him to me if everything was fine and the answer I got (with Mrs. Sonia present) was that everything went well. Later when I returned home I saw that one of his nails had been cut very deep and also his foot at that point had a wound resulting in the dog hurting and tripoding. So I got on the phone to ask for an explanation, not so much for the injury (it is quite lively), but for the lack of information. The answer I received from the girl I spoke to was that she did not approach the dog herself and that we would talk to the person in charge and she would call me back, which never happened. Too bad because I had heard very good words about the store.
