The best food we’ve had by far whilst staying at Crete . I work as a chef and can say sopato have ticked every box with what I want when going for a meal. Great restaurant and food presented with a modern look but with the flavours you’d expect when visiting a Greek friends family and warm and friendly service . Nothing is too much trouble would strongly recommend a visit located in the old village at malia .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth every penny and then some! Drank there every night, make the basic drinks look awesome but even more important... the food is exquisite!!! The pizzas are out of this world... the gyros is incredible... in fact everything and anything you order is insane.. EVEN THE STARTERS are gorgeous! Defo recommend.
Also a great place for pre-drinks!
In addition to the menu the vibe of the restaurant is really nice and it is a peaceful place to have a meal. The staff are also friendly and make you feel at home with their hospitality.
