★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t even need to go there to know that this is the worst place to be in Santorini. They have terrible customer service. The hotel is closed due to covid. And yet? They refuse to refund us. Tell me how that makes sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am thoroughly disappointed at their response to COVID and the customer service we have received thus far. The hotel was CLOSED at the time of our booking and my flight has been cancelled yet they have done nothing to compensate us during this difficult time. Do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flights cancelled, hotel closed, and with quite literally no way to be there, the hotel REFUSES to refund and won't respond after multiple contact points. I understand that things are difficult for the service industry, but this is completely irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly welcome! Told lots of interesting information about the island and local area! Recommendations of places to see and restaurants. The Villa was amazing! Really clean and well maintained! Great service and genuinely lovely staff!
The walk from the concierge to Villa was quite a long walk with suitcases (5 mins) on cobbled streets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay near Oia (20min by foot), in an old cave house with a stunning design. The pool is beautiful with a panoramic view on the sunset. The staff is really professional and listening to your needs.
The place is located in the traditionnal village of Finikia, with much less tourists than Oia.
