★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπον πηγα πρωτη φορα ενα panasonic δυο μηνων επειδη ξεβαψανε τα κουμπια.Λοιπον ο τυπος εφαγε ενα κολημα οτι κατι εκανα εγω και το ξεβαψα,οτι μηπως ειμαστε συνεργειο εκει και τετοια.Αφου με ταλαιπωρησε τρεις φορες και αφου παρεμβει η αντιπροσωποια δεχτηκε να αλλαξει το πληκτρολογιο που ειχε εξι μηνες εγγυηση.
Τωρα μετα απο ενα χρονο το ξαναπηγα για καποια θεματα που παρουσιαζε.Μιλησαμε και μου ειπε οτι θελει 10 μερες.Μετα απο 20 μερες πηρα τηλ εγω για να δω τι γινεται και δε ξερανε ποιο panasonic ειναι καν.Αφου το βρηκανε σε επομενη επικοινωνια μου ειπαν οτι περιμενουν ανταλακτικο.Μετα απο εναμιση μηνα που ξαναπηρα τηλ μου ειπαν οτι δε περιμενουν ανταλακτικο αλλα να το δει ο τεχνικος.Μετα απο δυο μηνες μου λενε παλι να'ρθει ο τεχνικος και θα με παρουν τηλ.Επικοινωνια μερα παρα μερα και θα σας παρουμε τηλ.Τελικα μετα απο δυομιση μηνες το πηρα πισω με ενα χαρτι που ελεγε η συσκευη δε παρουσιαζει κανενα προβλημα.
Απορω πως η PANASONIC τους εχει συνεργατες και λασπωνουν το ονομα της.
Well, I went for the first time a two-month-old panasonic because the buttons faded. which had a six-month warranty.
Now after a year I went again for some issues it presented. We talked and he told me that he wants 10 days. After 20 days I called to see what is happening and they did not know which panasonic it is. After they found it in the next contact they told me that they are waiting for a spare part. After a month and a half that I got on the phone again they told me that they are not waiting for a spare part but the technician should see it. After two months they tell me the technician will come again and they will call me. tel. Finally after two and a half months I got it back with a paper that said the device does not present any problem.
I wonder how PANASONIC has partners and they muddy its name.
