★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live between 2 different branches, a small one and a "max" one, I went to looking for some baby nappies for my son, I ask for a smaller size and the sales lady told me they don't have any, i ask her if she could know (maybe call?)if the "max" branch could have it, she just said, "I don't know " and nothing else, I would said that if it's the same company, they should have more communication between branches in order to satisfy the costumers, at the end, I went to the small branch they didn't have smaller size either, so I ask to a sales lady whom didn't even look, she just said "no"...
I'm surprised by the lack of costumer service, like they wish not to work there, such an ashamed situation due this hard times.....
