Love it! Close town... Tram right outside... easy parking... cool clean water... nice soft upbeat music (not lounge thank goodness) economic prices. What else could you ask for!

The place is a rundown beach with absolutely no services at all -- previously there have been chairs for rent and a basic self-service bar. Do not wander this far, there is nothing here. The place has been run under several owners and under several names, but now there is nothing but the beach left.

Once a 5-star beach, with a fully functioning swimming pool, clean and well-kept, now it’s just a mess. Till 19:00 there’s is an entrance fee. After 19:00 it’s free, i guess that keeps it from me giving it 1-star rating.

It's called Thalassea now. It's under new management from what I understand. The place is FINALLY clean and tidy. The entrance fee is reasonable which includes an umbrella and lounge chair and the cafeteria prices are reasonable too. A big difference from the previous years in which one was charged through the roof for everything. A comment to the cafeteria staff.... really guys....you need to make your ice coffees a little faster. The lines that building up are rediculously long! I've been staring at the same people for the last ten minutes waiting for their coffees.
