Beautiful rooms, very clean, polite service, normal pricing, 2 swimming pools, great beach!

It's a value for money hotel. Large rooms, cozy beds, excellent service, great food and there's a beach a hundred metres away.

Great value for money hotel, excellent location right above the beach with 4 swimming pools, a huge variety for breakfast, very clean with such a smily, very kind and helpfull stuff. We highly recommend it.

We had a nice holiday in this hotel. If you are not very demanding tourist you will have it too. Hotel has 2 parts, new building and the 2 old buildings. We had a room in the new part with the mountain and pool view, room was new and clean. Even they told us the cleaning there will be just once a week, room was cleaned almost every 3th day. There are 2 pools, one in new, one in the old part. There is one simple bar (all inclusive has ouzo, raki, beer, lemonades, simple coffee) We tried once the cocktail for 7€ - we were not lucky, they missed the gin and tequilla and replaced it with raki :)) Food was special there, many types of salads with cheese, for lunches and dinners everytime some meat and sometimes fish. It has all very good tasty! Food had to be served by staff because of Covid, and I think both sides weren ´t happy for that. The breakfast was simple and good, i loved that small pastries every morning and fresh juices on the bar. The staff was great, especially guys on bar, morning lady with her husband who also take care of beach, male waiters on the bar, blond girl in the restaurant and great man on the reception. You made our holiday better guys :) I have only few things to complaint about. The bracelet of all inclusive - it was so unconfortable, the hotel wasnt full this summer, I dont believe you cant remember our faces. We got rid of that after 4 days, and waiters were OK with that (except of one very unpleasant waiter). Second thing to complaint about were VIP guests, they had the special tables, special food, no need of bracelets, everyone was so polite to them...the owners did a big difference between them and others. One day for a lunch they had a special lunch, for us was served just rice and vegetables...very poor lunch...Maybe it was their family I dont know, but I dont think is appropriate to do this in the hotel. Stone Beach near the hotel (1 minute) was nice with simple sunbeds and umbrellas (5eur for day,set). You need shoes to the water. Beach is not very good for small children. The place was very windy. Koutsouras is a small village, great starting place to discover South coast of Creta. 4 stars from 5 because of the effort they did during this difficult times. Thank you for everything :)

It is a nice family driven hotel. Rooms are good and it's generally quiet in the evening. Some more kitchen tools would have been great and the WiFi network is having issues in the evenings. The staff is serviceminded and friendly. There are two swimmingpools and children pool next to each swimmingpool. The village has a very limited number of restaurants, so taking trips with the bus is a good idea.

Hotel mainly for groups. Breakfast is not good, low quality foods. In the old wing, the rooms are very hot in the second floor. But they had plenty of space. Clean and equipped with glasses, mini fridge etc. The air condition is very old and noisy. Every building is very close to the other and as a result our balcony was about 2 meters from the opposite one. In the new wing, the rooms look better. There are two swimming pools, medium sized and usually very crowded. The beach is not the best in the area. The employees are kind. After all, I think it's overpriced.

Had a great time there! They have two large pools in addition to their own beach front. You get breakfast included. Room very clean and spacious. Seems small from the front BUT this hotel is huge. They also have a parking lot in the back, which is very convenient. Overall, I would definite go there again when I visit Makri Yiallo (one of my favorite places in Crete).

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly, the food was good and every part of the hotel very clean. At night it was fun to hang out with Martin, the barkeeper. We had a fun and relaxing vacation and we´ll definitely be back.
