Πάντα ήταν διαθέσιμοι για ότι χρειαζόμασταν και με όρεξη και ενδιαφέρον ανταποκρίνονταν σε όλες μας τις επικοινωνίες! Σκοπός τους ήταν να μείνουμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι και ικανοποιημένοι με το αποτέλεσμα και το πέτυχαν. Η ευγένεια και ο επαγγελματισμός είναι από τα πιο βασικά τους στοιχεία. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα ! South construction undertook the design of the floor plan and the 3d of our house. The service and treatment we had was impeccable! They were always available for whatever we needed and responded with appetite and interest to all our communications! Ξεκινήσαμε την διαδικασία με τον σχεδιασμό του σπιτιού μας , καταλήξαμε σε εργασίες και φύγαμε απο Αθήνα. Σε 70 ημέρες το σπίτι μας ήταν έτοιμο και καλύτερο των προσδοκιών μας . Σας ευχαριστούμε Δημήτρη και Στάμο ! We chose South for the renovation of our property. We started the process with the design of our house, we ended up with work and left Athens. In 70 days our house was ready and better than we expected. Thank you Dimitris and Stamos!

Έκανα το λάθος και επέλεξα εργολάβο , ενώ μου είχαν σχεδιάσει το σπίτι , καθώς υπήρχε μια διαφορά στο κόστος που πίστευα πως θα κερδίσω. Μετά από 2 μήνες , με ατελείωτες συζητήσεις και ακυρωμένα ραντεβού και έχοντας δώσει προκαταβολή όχι μόνο επέστρεψα αλλά με υποδέχτηκαν και με εξυπηρέτησαν σαν να μην είχε περάσει ούτε μια μέρα . Το αποτέλεσμα με δικαίωσε. Στάμο σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα. The five stars are a little. I made a mistake and chose a contractor while my house was being designed, as there was a difference in cost that I thought I would earn. After 2 months, with endless discussions and canceled appointments and having given a deposit, not only did I return but they welcomed me and served me as if not a single day had passed. The result justified me. Stamos, thank you very much for everything.

Δώσανε μεγάλη προσοχή στα θέλω μας και όλα έγιναν πολύ καλύτερα από αυτό που θέλαμε.. ήταν πάντα εκεί όταν χρειάστηκε και το σχεδιαστικό και το τεχνικό κομμάτι της εταιρείας, μέχρι και το λογιστήριο :) Εύγε παιδιά!! Excellent job!! They paid a lot of attention to our wishes and everything became much better than what we wanted .. he was always there when he needed the design and technical part of the company, even the accounting :) Well done guys !!

Η ανακαίνιση περιλάμαβανε ριζικές αλλαγές όπως απεγκατάσταση του παλιού ηλεκτρολογικού & υδραυλικού δικτύου, αναδιαμόρφωση δωματίων (γκρέμισμα τοίχων) καθώς και εγκατάσταση τζακιού. Ο επιβλέπων μηχανικός και όλο του το συνεργείο ήταν δίπλας καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της ανακαίνισης, όχι μόνο απαντώντας τις ερωτήσεις μας αλλά και προτείνοντας πρακτικές και συμφέρουσες λύσεις! Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς περιμέναμε και βάση του 3D. Θα ξαναεπιλέγαμε τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία καθώς μας κέρδισε ο επαγγελματισμός, η συνέπεια και η αποτελεσματικότητά τους! South Constructions was the company we chose for the renovation of our house and finally left us very satisfied! The renovation included radical changes such as dismantling the old electrical & plumbing network, remodeling rooms (breaking down walls) and installing a fireplace. The supervising engineer and his entire workshop were by the side throughout the renovation, not only answering our questions but also proposing practical and advantageous solutions! The end result was exactly as we expected and based on 3D. We would choose this company again as we were won over by their professionalism, consistency and efficiency!

Σούπερ εξυπηρετικοί με πολύ όρεξή για δουλειά ή μάλλον ακόμα καλύτερά για δημιουργία! Θα ασχοληθούν με τις λεπτομέρειες . Νέα άτομά που κάνουν αυτό που τους αρέσει. Με μικρό ή μεγάλο μπάτζετ οι άνθρωποι από το south constraction &design θα πραγματοποιήσουν και θα ολοκληρώσουν στην ώρα τους μια ιδέα που ίσος ποτέ να μην έπαιρνε μορφή! We started our collaboration with South Constructions from a simple idea and people took it off. Super helpful with a lot of appetite for work or rather even better for creation! They will deal with the details. Young people doing what they love. With a small or large budget, the people from south constraction & design will realize and complete on time an idea that may never have taken shape!
