Μόνιμη αργοπορία (άνω της ώρας), λάθος παραγγελία, ο υπάλληλος διανομής αγενέστατος καθώς δεν έχει παράλληλα και ιδέα εύρεσης/αναζήτησης διευθύνσεων (σε κεντρικότατους δρόμους εν τω μεταξύ)! Ποιότητα μέτρια θα έλεγα... καθότι μετά από ώρα δημιουργίας του προϊόντος(?), μετά από ώρα αναζήτησης του προορισμού από τον διανομέα(?), μετά κι από τα 2 παραπάνω ίσως(?), πως να κρίνεις αν είναι καλό το προϊόν!!! Καλημέρα σας. Επιτρέψτε μου να σας απαντήσω μέσω της προηγούμενης ανάρτησής μου λόγω του ότι δεν επιτρέπει η εφαρμογή νέα απάντηση. Σχετικά με την εξοικείωση της εφαρμογής από πλευράς μου πιστέψτε με είναι σε άριστο επίπεδο καλώς ή κακώς. Τώρα, αν εσείς δεν έχετε εξοικειωθεί σαν κατάστημα δεν θα επωμιστούν την εκπαίδευσή σας οι πελάτες! Στο αρχείο μου υπάρχει η σχετική παραγγελία δυστυχώς για σας, οπότε λίγο δύσκολο να αποδείξετε την λάθος διεύθυνση καθώς και παραγγελία που δεν σχολιάσατε καν. Καλο θα 'ναι στα σχόλιά σας να μην κοιτάτε να βγείτε πάνω απ'τον πελάτη και να μην προσπαθείτε να δημιουργειτε εντυπώσεις. Σχετικά με το σχόλιο που αναφέρατε οτι έπρεπε να σημειωθεί καθως και για καποιο ονομα οτι κυκλοφορει πολυ... δυστυχως δεν καταλαβα καν τι θελετε να πειτε! Στην παραγγελία δοθηκε ονοματεπωνυμο καθως και ακριβής διευθυνση (σε κεντρικοτατο δρομο-δεν νομιζω οτι χρειάζεται αλλη διευκρινηση). Τα υπολοιπα που λετε ειναι περιττά! Τελος, τα 45' που δοσατε για παραδοση με τα 80' που κανατε ειναι μια αξιόλογη διαφορά χρόνου. Οσο για την τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνία που μας αναφέρετε να χρησιμοποιούμε, σας ανέφερα οτι παλι ειχαμε καθυστέρηση (και τις 2 προηγουμενες φορες). Άρα τι ακριβώς που λέτε; Εκτός αυτού, τότε βγείτε απο το efood αφού θεωρείτε ότι δεν είστε εξοικειωμένοι.. αν και τηλεφωνικά δεν υπήρξε διαφορά! Λοιπόν, επείδη έδωσα έκταση λόγω της απάντησής σας και συγνώμη γι αυτο, κοιτάξτε να διορθώνεστε απ'τα λάθη σας και να μην έχετε σαν στόχο να την "πείτε" στον πελάτη και μάλιστα με άστοχο σχολιασμό!
