★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is not fancy at all, has no impressive views and no classy service, but the fresh fish we had here was exquisite! Mikhail speaks a poor English, but is very expresive in his speech, so anyone can understand him... Quite an experience! A tip: try fresh lavraki fish on the grill, if available, you won't regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely place to eat in Serres region, first off its in a quiet place just outside of the city center. Secondly the food is very solid and you will enjoy the pork Souvlaki as well as the Meatballs(Keftedaki) which was very tender and juicy. As for the appetizers they were all top notch, extremely satisfied with the salad portion.
Will definitely revisit, if you are visiting Serres for the first time, this should be a no brainer and one of your top options when it comes to traditional Taverna experience.
