Good place for PUBG players, but they don't have overwatch, which is my favourite, I have to spend 1 hour downloading it.

Came here to print some documents and they were out of ink. At least their employee was very nice and helpful while the environment was as loud as other internet cafes.

Went to print flight tikets here. It did not work However the girl at the counter did try everything she could to make it work. The place is nice for a gamer and relaxing

Nice and helpful even tho they could print my documents, they referred me to a place that could.

perfect place to have fun playing any game. i was looking for wow and they prepared for me before i arrived. lovely lady helped me the whole time to make my stay as comfortable as possible. recommended

Had a great time here, the staff are lovely. It is very fairly priced. The staff did everything they could do to help me find a laptop lead as i had forgotten mine and had to do a bit of work whilst my son played a few games.

The very first impression was good as the interior is very polished and well decorated. Unfortunately I was immediately dissapointed as I had to wait a solid 30minutes (that I payed for) before I could even boot up my game as the game had to be updated and installed first. I would assume that it can't be that hard to keep your games updated especially major titles (in this case overwatch. Which as I see on here now they said 6 month ago they where installing and keeping up to date. Which they clearly didn't) . The headset that was plugged in had a singed melted end instead of a mic. The female employee seemed increasingly annoyed as I came back to ask how to start the game since it wasn't installed/updated (as everything is in Greek and I can't read Greek) and later asked to have my headset replaced as I couldn't communicate. I got a grumpy "what now? “ and after my mic was replaced a "sit down." While I was talking to my team, some guests playing FIFA where shouting and talking loud that I could not understand anything which didn't help my experience. The worst thing though, was when I wanted to use the toilet. First of all was the women's toilet closed and they couldn't locate the key even after 15minutes of searching. (again, I pay for this time) They said I could use them men's restroom but I think if I sat down on that filthy, disgusting seat (see picture) I'd get god knows what deseases. So I had to leave to find a toilet elsewhere and then come back. At this point I insisted (they didn't offer it)that I get a free hour since I payed for time I couldn't actually play the game. Not once did the staff apologise. I got my extra hour but overall this establishment completely fails on the service front and dissapoints with appalling toilets.
