★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been the owner of BMWs since 1992 (Canada, UK, Greece, Holland). I have never (ever) seen such a bad sevice. Unresponsive. Promising to call and never doing it. Perhaps they are overloaded but that should not be the customer's problem. You pay more for a BMW because you expect more. Someone in their Syggrou premises should take notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give five stars if we were only dealing with the sales department whom were helpful and knowledgeable and provided a good service. However this unfortunately was not the case after someone hit my car and I have had to deal with the repairs of which is absolutely beyond TERRIBLE and they should be ashamed of how badly they treat their customers! Firstly, 40mins waiting time on the phone every time you call, followed by no one returning calls even when they say they will call you back within the day they don’t. Secondly, they do not deal with certain insurance companies so expect that if you crash into someone who is covered by an insurance company which is not on their list - you can expect to pay out of your pocket first! Thirdly, they will not provide you with a temporary car until they start actually conducting the repairs - that is IF they have one available!!! They are completely incompetent to cover the amount of work they are provided. I have since moved my car to the repair shop in the north and hope for better luck! Hope this helps anyone else going forward with a repair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively quick service, very polite and willing to help, respectful. However, the parking spots for the service area are huge trouble and the danger to have your car damaged lurks every minute… Seriously need to solve this.
