K	Ka MeHe (KaMeHe) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfectly located just a few steps away from the beautiful Spathies beach, this apartment house gave us the opportunity to enjoy an easy and quite holiday. The owners were highly motivated and very friendly - always absolutely reliable! The apartment had 2 spacious rooms and a small kitchen which worked perfectly fine for us. Two balconies (one at each room) provide plenty of space for e.g. having breakfast/lunch/dinner outside or storing beach stuff. The bathroom could have been a bit more spacious but was designed friendly and modern. All in all, very clean and quite. The garden with its great playground and the BBQ area which you can use after a short alignment with the owners (they do also prepare it for you if you wish) makes this place a highly appreciated holiday spot for families and for those who appreciate private and calm vacations. We recommend to hire a car - not only to get to the supermarkets but also because this area has plenty of beautiful places. Nikiti, the next village (appr. 10 minutes by car) has an impressive old town in perfect shape. We also enjoyed the road trips along the coast - beautiful landscapes, incredible beaches, lovely towns - always surrounded by green forests. We are quite sure that this was not the last time at "Spathies Apartment" for us!
D	Dimitar Tenev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow wi-fi, salty water from the pipes, doors inside can not be closed - e.g. broken. Most of the time is noisy because of the cars - even in the evening. At the end - bad feelings with the owner.

Worth noting is that you just have to cross a road by foot and in a few minutes you face two of the best beaches in that region, with a third just a few minutes walking to the right. Place is easily acceptable, short walking distance to three various beaches. Clean property offering excellent conditions for relaxed living (stove/fridge/TV/Wi-Fi/parking/playground/garden/grill) and welcoming hosts makes it an excellent place for a family vacation, including kids of whatever age. Would recommend this place to everyone wanting to test some of Sithonia's best.

There are all necessary things in the apartment: air conditioner, fridge, electric cooker, sandwich maker, hair dryer and anti mosquito diffuser. There are two lovely sand beaches in 100 meters. The alley Infront of house is decorated with flowers and fruit trees. There are also rest zones outside (swing bench, tables and chairs).

Perhaps a small inconvenience but it gets compensated by the variety of these beaches, all unique in their own way. Perfect family retreat, especially if you have kids, small or medium-to-teen of age, things to do for everyone from playing in the sand or watching marine life while snorkeling. Hosts are amazingly kind and welcoming, family-prone themselves, very helpful and ready to direct and advise, from showing you to a local market to pointing to places of historical and cultural interest. Price is worth for having this full service package.
O	Olga D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just great! The place is wonderful with beautiful beaches just across the road. The owners are very kind and helpful. The apartments have all you need - a small kitchen with all the necessary amenities, they even gave us a chopper to use during our stay. You can use an oven and grill which are in another building. There are two rooms in the apartment and two balconies, and a bathroom. There's a nice yard where our kids liked to play. We also stayed there in the evening and enjoyed our food cooked on a grill. Kostas, the owner, is always ready to help and explain, we always asked him where we can buy food, fish, where the local market is and about beautiful places to see. It was the second time we came to Spathies apartments and we will definitely come again, as we liked it a lot.
O	ODC Moldova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would readily give the top rating for this place. Have visited it almost every summer for over 10 years now, perfect location for a sea-side vacation for a family with small kids. Just walk over the road and you are to choose between three of the top-ten beaches in Sithonia, all within walking proximity. Property is always clean, with an amazing garden one can walk through, and generously welcoming hosts in three generations. One can use the grill, pet the cats, or get the direction and advise from the host on places to visit around or test new beaches within driving distance. Definitely a high recommendable place.
