SPEAK Ξένες Γλώσσες - Tsimiski 80

Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τον επαγγελματισμο που δείξατε στη σχολή σας. Έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη με την ποιότητα της ύλης και των μαθημάτων σε αυτή τη δύσκολη περίοδο με τον Covic 19. Αν και κάτω από αυτες τις δύσκολες συνθήκες για όλους κατάφερα να προχωρήσω στα Ιταλικα.

Υπήρξα μαθητής του Speak για δύο χρόνια στα τμήματα των Κινεζικών μέχρι το HSK3 ( B1) και των Αγγλικών (IELTS). Η εμπειρία μου με το Speak υπήρξε πολύ καλή, ήταν ένα φιλικό και καλά οργανωμένο περιβάλλον και η αντιμετώπιση του προσωπικού υπήρξε άψογη. Η καθηγήτριά μου των Κινεζικών, η οποία ήταν κινεζικής καταγωγής με άριστη γνώση των αγγλικών ήταν πολύ επικοινωνιακή, ήξερα να διδάσκει αποτελεσματικά τη μητρική της και να προσαρμόζεται στις ανάγκες του τμήματός της. Φυσικά, τον 1,5 χρόνο τα μαθήματά μας διεξήχθησαν διαδικτυακά, όμως αυτό δεν έριξε στο ελάχιστο την ποιότητά του μαθήματος. Παρά τη δυσκολία της γλώσσας το μάθημα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο, το κλίμα ήταν φιλικό και εν τέλει έλαβα το πτυχίο HSK3 με βαθμό 246/300. Έχοντας την πολύ καλή πρώτη εμπειρία των κινεζικών αποφάσισα να ξεκινήσω το τμήμα IELTS που χρειαζόμουν για το μεταπτυχιακό μου. Ο καθηγητής μου ήταν απολύτως συνεπής στις αξιολογήσεις του, το μάθημά του υπήρξε αποτελεσματικό και οργανωμένο, και παρόλο που αγχωνόμουν για το ό,τι θα έκανα μάθημα αγγλικών μετά από 7 χρόνια, οι δύο μήνες προετοιμασίας κύλησαν ταχύτατα, πολύ ευχάριστα και κατάφερα να πάρω το πτυχίο με 8/9. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το Speak για μελλοντικές σας σπουδές, και κρίνω ότι η εμπειρία μου σε αυτά τα δύο τμήματα που συμμετείχα υπήρξε εξαιρετική!

Έκανα μαθήματα αγγλικών proficiency το '16 . Η συγκεκριμένη καθηγήτρια μάλλον ήθελε να φύγει από το φροντιστήριο, ξεκινούσε το μάθημα κι έλεγε "παιδια υπομονή" λες και πηγαίναμε με το ζόρι. Μπορεί να μην τα πήγαινε και με το φροντιστήριο καλά , αλλά εμείς δεν φταιγαμε σε τίποτα. Για τα χρήματα που έδωσα δεν άξιζε. Μπορούσα να βρω και καλύτερη ή ίδια ποιότητα με λιγότερα χρήματα.

Το μεγαλύτερο μου λάθος ήταν να αφήσω τα στοιχεία μου το 2013 για να με ενημερώσουν για κάποια μαθήματα ξένης γλώσσας.. Από τότε έχω ζητήσει τουλάχιστον 5 φορές να μην μου στέλνουν μηνύματα προώθησης νέων τμημάτων και γενικότερα να μην επικοινωνούν μαζί μου για προώθηση αλλά έχουν γλεντήσει τον GDPR. Όταν βγήκε ο νόμος για τα προσωπικά δεδομένα (2016-2017 κάπου), έπρεπε να ζητήσουν ξανά άδεια για να συνεχίσουν να σου στέλνουν ενημερωτικά μηνύματα - προφανώς και ποτέ δεν το έκαναν.

Qualified teaching stuff with good communication skills and a fun place to learn a new language. Definitely recommend. I started studying a language here 5 years ago and thinking of trying a new one!

They wouldn't even pick up the phone when I was calling. No communication whatsoever. I had to threaten them through email to get a response. I asked for a refund and they made 2 whole months to give me my money back. Also when I finally got it they charged me 4€ for the transfer (???) They asked me for my bank account so that there won't be any sort of problems and they still charged me I bet they did that on purpose. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't bother with them at all you won't find a more unprofessional and unorganized place than theirs. If I could I'd rate ZERO STARS. I prefer waiting a whole year and give my trust to the Greece - China Association as I always did. Edit: You could've used another bank thus avoid the fee also you could've taken the responsibility for the fee since you cancelled the exams 4 times in a row and NEVER called me to inform me or even send me an email I think that's a pretty important thing you ought to inform me about Furthermore you didn't even post an official notification for all those "exam dates" you set up you just wanted to buy time and keep everyone from getting their money back You're just a bunch of con artists frankly speaking and you're not even worth my time entrusting you with my exams was a HUGE mistake on my part never happening again Lack of communication, utter unprofessionalism and total disregard of the proper "customer" etiquette is a given in your situation. Worst thing is that you dare reply and try to justify yourself after all this you've put everyone through you should be ashamed of yourselves. Last but not least when you speak to a customer through the phone not talking in a rude and dismissive way is the PROPER way I asked the girl on the phone if everything was alright with the information that I send through email surprise she replied with "Yes, yes, yes" and hanged up After a week she calls me to say she doesn't even HAVE the email I send her This incident is just another to show the previous I mentioned I don't even know if you realize that you're entrusted to handle very important matter and documents with care and consideration Your aloofness and carelessness is what could cost every student their exam mark and at a level as high as level 4 of HSK this isn't a child's play. Sorry but you're totally unworthy of the task of handling those exams and if it's too much for you should've said so to spare everyone the disappointment.
