Χ	Χρηστος Μαργαριτης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και έχω διαβάσει πολλά αρνητικά σχόλια εγώ προσωπικά δύο φορές που έτυχε να πάω από εκεί να πάρω πράγματα δεν είχα θέμα. Με ειδοποίησαν έγκαιρα και εξυπηρετήθηκα γρήγορα. Το μόνο κακό είναι ότι δεν μπορούσαν καμιά από τις δύο φορές να φέρουν τα εμπορεύματα μεσημεριανές ή απογευματινές ώρες. Although I have read a lot of negative comments I personally twice happened to go from there to get things I had no problem. I was notified in time and I was served quickly. The only bad thing is that neither of them could bring the goods either at noon or in the afternoon.

Εάν χρειαστεί να δώσετε παραπάνω λεφτά για να χρησιμοποιήσετε κάποια άλλη να το κάνετε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Θα πιάσουν τόπο τα λεφτά σας. Το τηλέφωνο δεν λειτουργεί ποτέ, το έχουν μονίμως κατεβασμένο. Το δέμα δεν φεύγει ποτέ από το κατάστημα, πρέπει να πας από μόνος σου να το πάρεις αλλά και πάλι πρέπει να είσαι τυχερός να τους προλάβεις στο ωράριο καταστήματος το οποίο αλλάζει όλη την ώρα. Δουλεύουν αμερικάνικο ωράριο τα παιδιά, 09:00 - 17:00. Ότι και να κάνετε μην παραγγείλετε κάτι ενώ η εβδομάδα έχει αργία, είναι η ευκαιρία τους να μην παραδώσουν κανένα δέμα πριν από αυτή την μέρα. The phone never works, they have it permanently downloaded. The parcel never leaves the store, you have to go get it yourself but again you have to be lucky to catch them at the store opening hours which is changing all the time. The children work American hours, 09:00 - 17:00. Whatever you do do not order something while the week is a holiday, it is their chance not to deliver any parcel before this day.

Δεν ξέρουν από επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, δεν παραδίδουν ποτέ μα ποτέ τα προϊόντα και τα πράγματα που περιμένεις.Με αποτέλεσμα να επιστρέφουν στον αποστολέα. Τα ψέματα και οι δικαιολογίες είναι σαν ψωμοτύρι. Αυτα τα κεντρικά δεν τα βλέπουν; έπρεπε να κλείσει από χτες το κατάστημα αυτό. Και μιλάω μόνο για το κατάστημα των Τρικάλων για τα υπόλοιπα στην υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα δεν μπορώ να εκφέρω γνώμη. Ντροπή που υπάρχει. Words about this company are few. They do not know from professional behavior, they never deliver the products and things you expect. As a result, they return to the sender. Lies and excuses are like bread and butter. Δεν υπάρχει ποτέ καμία ειδοποίηση ότι το δέμα έχει φτάσει με αποτέλεσμα να έχουν βδομάδες στο κατάστημα τους και να μην ξέρουν καν που βρίσκεται. Το τηλέφωνο τους είναι μονίμως σε αναμονή (προφανώς για να μην ακούνε από τους πελάτες αυτά που έχουν να τους πουν) και αν τους ρωτήσεις γιατί τα τηλέφωνα δεν δουλεύουν την απάντηση την εχουν έτοιμη και με μια δόση ειρωνείας, οι γραμμές τις τάδε εταιρίας δεν λειτουργούν και το φροντίζουμε. Δεν υπάρχει delivery για καμία παράδοση. Το δέμα μου είχε 10 μέρες και όταν πήγα να το πάρω δεν μπορούσαν να το βρουν και έβρισκαν δικαιολογίες. Τραγικοί. Ούτε το ένα αστέρι δεν αξίζει στην κρητική. The worst company by far! There is never any notice that the parcel has arrived so they have weeks in their store and do not even know where it is. Their phone is constantly on standby (obviously so that they do not hear from customers what they have to say) and if you ask them why the phones do not work they have the answer ready and with a dose of irony, the lines of one company do not work and we take care of it. There is no delivery for any delivery. My package was 10 days old and when I went to get it they could not find it and they found excuses. Tragic. Not a single star is worth in Cretan.
E	Eleftheria Arg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο « κύριος» που έφερε το δέμα χτυπούσε κάτω τα κουδούνια, να ανοίγω, να του μιλάω να ανεβεί στον 1ο , να μην ανεβαίνει και να μην μου απαντάει. Παλιό κόλπο, για να πας να το παραλάβεις εσυ από εκεί. Με τα πολλά κατεβαίνω εγώ κάτω να το πάρω και αρχίζει να με βρίζει λέγοντας αυτολεξεί «γ*μω το δια μου, χτυπάω τόση ώρα και δεν ανοίγεις». Δεν ήξερα πως η speedex προσλαμβάνει και τρελούς. Θα το γνωρίζω για την επόμενη φορά. The "gentleman" who brought the parcel rang the bells, to open, to tell him to go up to the 1st, not to go up and not to answer me. Old trick, to go and pick it up from there. Many times I go down to get it and he starts cursing me saying literally "fuck me, I knock for so long and you do not open". I did not know that speedex also hires crazy people. I had to call the manager to sort it out but they decided to ignore me and put me on hold,while i could hear them chatting and ordering coffee. This is completely unacceptable,rude and unprofessional. Try to avoid this "company".
