K	Koh chang thailand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλημέρα σας. 04/01/2021 έκανα παραγγελία ενός μηχανήματος. Το κατάστημα φρόντισε να μου στείλει e-mail με τις λεπτομέρειες... Το δέμα παραδόθηκε στη μεταφορική 09/01/2021 στις 13:25. Από εκείνη την ημέρα δεν είχα νεότερα μέχρι που επικοινωνήσα με το κατάστημα για να αναζητήσουμε το δέμα. Έτσι λοιπόν είδαμε ότι 12/01/2021 στις 13:46 το δέμα ήταν Μύκονο και δεν με ειδοποίησε κανένας. 15/01/2021 στις 11:02 πήγα στη speedex και διαμαρτυρήθηκα γιατί ποτέ δεν με πήραν τηλέφωνο να μου πούνε ότι το δέμα ήρθε. Οφείλω να παραδεχτώ ότι όλοι ήταν πολύ ευγενική. :-) Είχα μεγάλη ανάγκη του συγκεκριμένου μηχανήματος και για αυτό διαμαρτυρήθηκα σε διαφορετική περίπτωση δεν θα έδινα καν σημασία για την ελλιπή ενημέρωση και αργοπορία. :-) Good morning. 04/01/2021 I ordered a machine. The store made sure to send me an e-mail with the details ... The parcel was delivered to the transport company 09/01/2021 at 13:25. From that day I had no news until I contacted the store to look for the parcel. So we saw that 12/01/2021 at 13:46 the parcel was Mykonos and no one notified me. 15/01/2021 at 11:02 I went to speedex and I protested because they never called me to tell me that the package came. I must admit that everyone was very kind. :-) I had a great need for this machine and for that I protested otherwise I would not even pay attention to the lack of information and delay. :-)

R	Rox Akop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγα μονη μου από το καταστημα ενώ πλήρωσα να μου το φέρουν σε διεύθυνση,και έψαχνα μαζι με τον υπάλληλο να βρω το δέμα μου (ανταλλακτικο αυτοκινήτου) γιατί δεν ήξερε λεει που είναι,ψάχναμε μεσα σε ένα βουνό από δεματα, προσλάβετε βρε παιδιά κανεναν υπάλληλο..η κοπέλα που ειναι εκει ευγενέστατη αλλα γενικά μακριά.. M	Marianna marianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εταιρεία στην Μύκονο. Μου έστειλαν ένα δέμα , πλήρωσα για να έρθει στον χώρο μου και η εν λόγω εταιρεία μου. Ζητάει να πάω να το παραλάβω εγώ. Συν του ότι προσπαθώ πόσες ώρες να τους βρω στο τηλέφωνο. Αν είχα όχημα κύριοι δεν θα ζηταγα να μου το φέρετε εσείς. Κάπου έλεος.. προτίμηστε την γενική ταχυδρομική. Μακράν πολύ καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Και όχι δεν παίρνω ποσοστά για να σας δυσφήμισω. Μια χαρά τα κατάφερνετε και μόνοι σας. The worst company in Mykonos. They sent me a parcel, I paid for my company to come to my place. He asks me to go and pick it up myself. Plus how many hours I try to find them on the phone. If I had a vehicle, gentlemen, I would not ask you to bring it to me. Δίνεται τηλεφωνο στις παραγγελίες για επικοινωνια που δεν είναι διαθέσιμο,εμείς που δεν μπορουμε να περάσουμε από εκεί πως θα μάθουμε για την παραγγελία μας; Close it to finish, guys, do not tire us either. Έρχονται τα δέματα μας πόσες μερες,και ούτε καν λειτουργεί το τηλέφωνο επικοινωνιας για να συνεννοηθούμε,πληρώνουμε μεταφορική για να τρέχουμε να τα παίρνουμε μόνοι μας τελικά...Απορώ πως συνεργάζονται οι εταιρίες ακόμα μαζί τους Unacceptable at least !!! How many days do our parcels arrive, and the communication phone does not even work to communicate, we pay transport to run to get them ourselves in the end ... I wonder how the companies still work with them
