They never pick up the phones. My parcel has been lost and I can not contact anyone to resolve the issue. Worst company ever.
K	Kostas Roussakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ τέτοιο εμπαιγμό από Εταιρεία (ακόμη κι από δημόσιο φορέα) έχω πάρα πάρα πολύ καιρό να υποστώ .. έχουν παραλάβει εδώ και μια εβδομάδα έναν φάκελο από τα Σπάτα και δεν μου τον έχουν παραδώσει στη Νίκαια ... στα κεντρικά δεν απαντούν ποτέ ... στο κατάστημα της Νίκαιας δεν απαντούν ποτέ ... πήγα ο ίδιος 2 φορές στο κατάστημα (σε εργάσιμες ώρες) και ήταν κλειστό ... τηλεφωνώ σε ένα Speedex corner που έχουν στη Νίκαια και μου βγαίνει μήνυμα πως ο αριθμός δεν υπάρχει ... πραγματικά η εν λόγω Εταιρεία δεν υπάρχει !! είναι απίστευτο αυτό που συμβαίνει εν έτει 2022 ... πρέπει να παρέμβει άμεσα ο Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή και όποια άλλη Υπηρεσία είναι αρμόδια, να τους επιβάλλει τα πρόστιμα που προβλέπει ο Νόμος και να προχωρήσει άμεσα και σε διοικητικές κυρώσεις !! αν δεν μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν, να κλείσουν !! Τώρα !! I have been suffering from such ridicule from a company (even from a public body) for a very, very long time .. they have received a file from Spata for a week now and they have not delivered it to me in Nice ... they never respond to the headquarters ... in the store in Nice they never answer ... I went to the store 2 times myself (during working hours) and it was closed ... I call a Speedex corner they have in Nice and I get a message that the number does not exist ... really this Company does not exist !! what is happening in the year 2022 is unbelievable ... the Consumer Ombudsman and any other Service that is competent must intervene immediately, impose the fines provided by the Law and proceed immediately with administrative sanctions !! if they can not work, shut down !! Now !!
