The practice in Spira Hatha is all about connecting the body to the breath and the physical to the spiritual. A unique experience with playful and creative classes that encourage self exploration and taking time for self-care. The teachers Virginia and Konstantinos are experts at providing a welcoming, supportive and enjoyable experience. I surrendered in their skillful and safe hands and experienced new level of self.
