★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is kind of weird to give only 4 stars. The site is fantastic, I can see everything that is available in each location, all nice and tidy. The physical shop is also fine. Great staff, they brief you on what is available without trying to upsell, they let you be on your own when you try to decide, checkout is fine. All smooth sailing.
Yet if you want to try or confirm something you found on the site before you buy, then chances are you will need to speak to an operator on the phone, wait a few days for the product to arrive to the physical location etc. It all takes time.
In essence, the whole web vs physical site relation is a bit discombobulated. It's a matter of the sum of its parts not quite amounting to the "whole" you would normally expect.
That said, I have visited quite a few times and will do again in the future, even if mostly for impulse or "not quite sure what I want" buys.
