Αν και ιδιότροπος στον καφέ μιας και λάτρης αυτού...νομίζω ο καφές θα ικανοποιήσει και τον πιο 'περίεργο'! Cheesecake Bueno..απλά θεσπέσιο. Συγχαρητήρια! Έλειπε ένα τέτοιο μαγαζί από την γειτονιά μας. If I just wanted to summarize I would say ... just amazing store and service! Although capricious in coffee since he loves it ... I think coffee will satisfy even the most 'weird'! Cheesecake Bueno..simply gorgeous. Congratulations! Such a shop was missing from our neighborhood.

Ά	Άννα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καφές πολύ καλός και βάφλα συνηθισμένα καλή. Μας έκανε εντύπωση ο χώρος, καθώς ενώ περιμέναμε να έχει την όψη καφετέριας τελικα είχε πιο ψυχρή όψη, έμοιαζε περισσότερο με μπουγατσάδικο/σαντουιτσάδικο. Ο σερβιτόρος ήταν σχεδόν αμίλητος και πολύ ψυχρός, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη διάθεση να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας δώσει διευκρινίσεις σχετικά με τον κατάλογο. Ήρθε για να παραγγείλουμε, δε μας καλημέρισε. Ρωτήσαμε κάτι για τον cold brew, ως απάντηση σιμουρμούρισε μια πρόταση χωρίς καν να μας κοιτάξει, κοιτούσε τη συσκευή όπου περνώνται οι παραγγελίες. Παραγγείλαμε, ένα "ευχαριστώ"δε μας είπε, αλλά του είπαμε εμείς (ναι, εμείς οι πελάτες ευχαριστήσαμε τον αμίλητο σερβιτόρο). Μας σέρβιρε τους καφέδες και τη βάφλα, πάλι δεν είπε ένα "Ορίστε" ή "Οι καφέδες σας" και παρ' όλ' αυτά τον ξαναευχαριστήσαμε. Εντάξει, δε μας κάνετε και χάρη που μας εξυπηρετείτε, σεβαστείτε τον πελάτη (που σας τιμάει αφήνοντάς σας τα χρήματά του) τηρώντας βασικές αρχές εξυπηρέτησης στην εστίαση. Ενδιαφέρουσα η ύπαρξη συνοδευτικής καρτέλας για τον καπουτσίνο η οποία παρείχε λεπτομέρειες για τον καφέ, αλλά με το πόσο λερωμένη ήταν μας έκανε άσχημη εντύπωση κι εντέλει καλύτερα να μην υπήρχε. Πολύ ευχάριστη η ύπαρξη προς πώληση "ηθικής" (κι ακριβής) σοκολάτας, αν και η πώλησή της σε τιμή ως και υπερδιπλάσια από όσο τη βρίσκουμε σε σούπερ και μίνι μάρκετ ήταν αποτρεπτική. Τέλος, μας ενόχλησε το γεγονός ότι σε μια πολύ κρύα μέρα η είσοδος του μαγαζιού παρέμενε ορθάνοιχτη και καθόμασταν στο εσωτερικό του μαγαζιού με μπουφάν. Σε γενικές γραμμές θα έλεγα ότι δε μας κέρδισε το μαγαζί, μάλλον το αντίθετο. Προσωπικά δεν θα επιδιώξω να ξαναπάω καθώς σε μία πόλη που βρίσκουμε εύκολα καλό καφέ, αυτό που κάνει τη διαφορά είναι η εξυπηρέτηση. 12.1.2022 Coffee very good and waffle usually good. We were impressed by the space, as while we expected it to have the look of a cafeteria, it finally had a cooler look, it looked more like a bougatsa / sandwich shop. The waiter was almost speechless and very cold, without much inclination to serve us and give us clarifications about the list. He came to order, he did not greet us. We asked something about the cold brew, in response he murmured a sentence without even looking at us, he was looking at the device where the orders are passed. We ordered, he did not say a "thank you", but we told him (yes, we customers thanked the speechless waiter). He served us the coffees and the waffle, again he did not say a "Here" or "Your coffees" and nevertheless we thanked him again. Okay, you are not doing us a favor by serving us, respect the customer (who honors you by leaving you his money) by observing basic principles of service in the restaurant. It was interesting to have an accompanying card for the cappuccino which provided details about the coffee, but with how dirty it was it made a bad impression on us and in the end it was better not to have it. It is very pleasant to have "ethical" (and expensive) chocolate for sale, although selling it at a price more than double what we find in supermarkets and mini-markets was dissuasive. Finally, we were bothered by the fact that on a very cold day the entrance to the store remained wide open and we were sitting inside the store in a jacket. In general, I would say that the store did not win us over, quite the opposite. Personally I will not seek to go again as in a city where we easily find good coffee, what makes the difference is the service. 12.1.2022

Everything tasted amazing, especially the mustard sauce Would recommend this place and if I’m ever in Thessaloniki again I would come here again.
