e	evaggelia kouki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κάνει μια παραγγελία και πήρα τηλέφωνο για επιστροφή και να παραγγείλω εκ νέου,πέρασαν περίπου 3 εβδομάδες και δεν είχα πάρει καμία ειδοποίηση για την παραγγελία μου,πήρα πάλι τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι η παραγγελία που είχα κάνει δεν είχε καταχωρηθεί καν! Την άλλη μέρα ήρθε η παραγγελία μου αλλά εκτός από μια συγγνώμη που μου είπαν περίμενα να είχα έστω κάποια έκπτωση,αντ'αυτού πληρωσα και τα μεταφορικά! I had placed an order and got a call to return and order again, about 3 weeks passed and I had not received any notice of my order, I got a call again and they told me that the order I had placed had not even been registered! The next day my order came but apart from an apology they told me I expected to have at least some discount, instead I paid the shipping!

Όταν τα παρέλαβα και τα δοκίμασα συνειδητοποίησα ότι ενώ ήταν και τα δυο παπούτσια το νούμερο που παρήγγειλα, το ένα από τα δυο ήταν μεγαλύτερο από εργοστασιακό/κατασκευαστικό λάθος της εταιρείας, προφανώς. Κάλεσα το κατάστημα για να τους ενημερώσω, ήταν ευγενέστατοι και μου είπαν αμέσως να τα στείλω πίσω για αντικατάσταση, με δικά τους έξοδα. Μου έκανε θετική εντύπωση ότι δε δυσανασχέτησαν και δεν προσπάθησαν να αμφισβητήσουν τα λόγια μου και να ισχυριστούν ότι είτε κάνω λάθος είτε, τέλος πάντων, να μου ζητήσουν να χρεωθώ την επιστροφή και μετά να δούμε αν όντως υπάρχει εργοστασιακό λάθος. Στη συνέχεια μου έστειλαν ξανά με δικά τους έξοδα το καινούργιο ζευγάρι, το οποίο ήταν σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση. I ordered a pair of sandals online. When I received them and tried them on I realized that while both shoes were the number I ordered, one of the two was bigger than a factory / manufacturing error of the company, obviously. I called the store to inform them, they were very kind and they immediately told me to send them back for replacement, at their own expense. It made a positive impression on me that they did not resent and did not try to challenge my words and claim that either I was wrong or, at any rate, they would ask me to charge the return and then see if there was indeed a factory error. Then they sent me again at their own expense the new couple, which was in excellent condition.
