★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς τόσο οι υπάλληλοι όσο και η διοίκηση επικεντρώνεται αποκλειστικά και μόνο στις δημόσιες σχέσεις με τους αθλούμενους. Στο σύνολό τους οι εγκαταστάσεις χρήζουν ανακαίνισης. Οι διάδρομοι
στον πρώτο και τα όργανα στο δεύτερο όροφο είναι κάπως αξιοπρεπή. Η αίθουσα στο δεύτερο όροφο με τα στρωματάκια είναι πάντα μέσα στη βρώμα με τρίχες παντού και πατημασιές λες και δεν την καθαρίζουν ποτέ. Στην ίδια κατάσταση είναι και η αίθουσα στον πρώτο για τα ομαδικά προγράμματα. Οι παρατηρήσεις για το θέμα της καθαριότητας στη γραμματεία αγνοούνται παντελώς. Ίσως το πιο βρόμικο γυμναστήριο στη Καλαμαριά
