★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ταχύτητα με την οποία γίνονται οι εργασίες, είτε κατασκευής, είτε βελτίωσης, είτε αποκατάστασης, είναι τόσο μικρή που μέχρι να γίνει το ένα, χαλάει το άλλο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις χρειάζονται διαρκώς συντήρηση. Πρέπει να βελτιωθούν οι περιφράξεις ώστε να μη δίνεται ευκαιρία για βανδαλισμούς. Τα σωματεία που εκμεταλλεύονται τις εγκαταστάσεις πρέπει να συνεισφέρουν περισσότερο.
 The speed with which the work is done, whether construction, improvement or restoration, is so slow that until one is done, it spoils the other. The facilities need constant maintenance. Fences need to be improved to prevent vandalism. The unions that operate the facilities should contribute more.
