What can I say about these girls .. By the time I got to my wedding dress I had made many appointments and nowhere did I find this smile and so much fun atmosphere !! I was calm from the start that everything will be just like I dreamed !!

Abrupt and rude employee, say I do not like that on top of me and he answers you ... because what is nice is! Pressing to persuade you that everything is going on, it's ironic that you have not got a shoe because it does not have your number and what it has is rotten from the multi-use. Some immediacy with the customer !!

There are no words to describe this wonderful store and these amazing girls. From the first moment we came in we felt welcomed and special. Very nice and pleasant climate. After a very brief discussion, I was brought in and tried some bridal dresses. I was very anxious because wherever I had gone up to that point, I never found a design that I liked and made (I have a big chest). And yet, the girls there gave me 5 (if I'm not mistaken) pieces that made me feel great. One more beautiful and brighter than the other. They were very busy with each bride individually, gave me plenty of time to see them, and they always told me all my options. I felt great with the patience and understanding they showed. I'll come back to the review in a few months after the wedding is over for the final critique. (although everything was so wonderful that I don't think it will change anything)

Very poor service! I do not know the other reviews that found the perfect service because I went and only she did not find me that I wanted to try to see what goes well while I had told her that this is the first time I try! The girl was abrupt and when I told her that I did not like something she did not suggest any solution! I was forced to go out to see more wedding dresses! It was the first time I went and tried on a wedding dress and it was the ultimate disappointment!

I went to try on a wedding dress and the saleswoman was very snobby arrogant and in many places ironic and rude not only did she not make me feel comfortable trying on the wedding dress but it bothered me that she even made fun of my girlfriend because she did not like anything I wore. And this is because he simply did not even let me choose the wedding dresses that I like, I took them out of the hangers and he showed them to me from a distance to put them in the rehearsal .. Imarton. while I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and what I want, she showed me the complete opposite and she was trying to show me wedding dresses which of course had run out and she wanted to pass them on, telling me that they do not rent them but only buy them while the ones I was interested in told me that they are closed and we can not see them and she showed me lines and designs that she liked and not what I wanted. she did not even listen to what I told her, she did not even give a basis and she was in a hurry to throw me away since she saw that I would not give up. Their wedding dresses were all one worse than the other and did not fit my personality at all to explain to the other that you want a princess and to give you to wear a straight line as a dress and completely different from what you ask for and to insist that this suits you. I choose the wedding dress, not the saleswoman. The wedding dresses are a few simple and indifferent. The policy of the store and the customer service are tragic.
