THEY KEEP DETAILED RECORDS OF ALL YOU SEND, QUICK BUREUCRACY AND PICK UP, ALL PAPERWORK READY FOR THE SHIPMENT AND YOU JUST STICK IT ON THE GOODS. MONITORING THE WHOLE WAY TO DESTINATION. REASONABLE DELIVERY TIMES AND MOSTLY THEY KEEP THE DUE DATE THEY PROMISE. I HAVE NOT YET OPENED THE GOODS, BUT I BELIEVE ALL OK! IT IS THE 2ND TIME I USE FOR ROUTE GREECE TO THE NETHERLANDS
I WOULD DEFINITELLY SUGGEST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My previous review seems to be deleted. 2nd time in a row that the box arrived in terrible conditions.
This time was slightly delayed as well but due to customs issues. They assisted to solve it though.
The order procedure has to be automated or improved as it requires a lot of effort, emails etc from our side till we get the documents with sufficient time to print them out.
Used to be an exceptional service but the last two time I have only complaints unfortunately

No one had to do anything, they picked up the package for my mom’s home and they brought it to my door in less days than expected.
