★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for an emergency and the guy in the phone told me the time im calling is inopportune 16;00 ( bad time ) probably taking a nap or w/e instead of listening on what I had to say about my poor dog situation he complained about calling on bad time like I choose my dog to get sick at that time.
