★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue review for Spyridon. We are clients from Canada and found Spyridon virtually, to help with the surveying and sale of our property in Paros this past summer (2021). We knew immediately that we could trust Spyridon when he offered to travel to Paros from Naxos for a minimal cost. Not only did he provide a professional survey, but he also submitted a number of applications and documents to authorities on our behalf. He explained the formalities we didn't understand in detail. He went above and beyond to then also work with our lawyer and real estate agent, and subsequently help complete the sale. We will use Spyridon again for our other properties. Do not hesitate with Spyridon - especially if you are living abroad-he is very professional, thorough, willing and trustworthy. We look forward to meeting him in person one day soon!
