Εγκαινιάσθηκε στις 27 Μαΐου 1962 υπό του αοιδίμου Μητροπολίτου Θεσσαλονίκης κυρού Παντελεήμονος Α’ (Παπαγεωργίου) . Η εκκλησία ανοίκει σε μεγάλη ενορία , με αποτέλεσμα να έχει πολλά μυστήρια . Αυτό έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα να γίνονται πάρα πολύ γρήγορα , για νά προλαβαίνουν , ειδικά στις εποχές που έχει πάρα πολλές βάπτισης η γάμους .
 The Holy Parish Church of Agios Eleftherios in the Depo area of Thessaloniki. It was inaugurated on May 27, 1962 by the widowed Metropolitan of Thessaloniki, Panteleimon I (Papageorgiou). The church is open to a large parish, resulting in many mysteries. This results in them becoming too fast to catch up, especially in times of great baptism or marriage.
