★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λόγω χρηματοδότησης μέσω ΕΣΠΑ, πλέον η διαδρομή για το μοναστήρι είναι πολύ άνετη και βατή. Και πολύ όμορφη. Καλά παπούτσια για περπάτημα, ενα καπέλο για τον ήλιο (δεν είναι ολόκληρη η διαδρομή κάτω από δένδρα) και διάθεση για κάτι το ιδιαίτερο.
Το ιστορικό μοναστήρι αυτό καθ'αυτό αξίζει την επίσκεψη, καθαρά και μόνο λόγω της ηλικίας του. Η παραπομπή σε άλλες εποχές με τις χαμηλές πόρτες, μοναδική.
Συνάμα, οι απόψεις και η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια του προς τη χαράδρα του Βίκου είναι ασύγκριτες. Μόνο η Οξιά ίσως παρέχει εξίσου καλή θέα, χωρίς βέβαια το όμορφο μοναστήρι.
Due to funding through NSRF, now the route to the monastery is very comfortable and passable. And very beautiful. Good walking shoes, a hat for the sun (not the whole way under trees) and a mood for something special.
The historic monastery itself is worth a visit, purely because of its age. The reference to other eras with low doors, unique.
At the same time, the views and the view from its balconies to the ravine of Vikos are incomparable. Only Oxia may provide an equally good view, without of course the beautiful monastery.

I did not see the monastery and the ravine due to work, but I was annoyed that they did not put a sign to warn people not to go there.
