Положительный: Это тихая и уютная вилла для отдыха семьей или парой в пригороде Аспровальты. Легко найти при заезде. Апартаменты комфортные и хорошо оборудованные, работают кондиционеры. Удобные кровати. Очень хороший сигнал Wi-Fi!!! На окнах установлены противомоскитные сетки и есть жалюзи от солнца. Хорошо оборудованная зона барбекю. Очень доброжелательные и приятные в общении хозяева! Хорошо говорят на английском и понимают русский. Помогут советом: что посмотреть, какие пляжи выбрать, где купить свежую рыбу, куда сходить поужинать. До ближайшего пляжа с душами и переодевалкой не более 10 минут пешком, через дорогу оборудован подземный переход. Больше подходит для путешественников на машине: до ближайших магазинов 1-3 км, можно проехать и посмотреть много красивых пляжей, в часе езды находятся Кавала и древние и Филиппы, в другую сторону - Уранополис; до Ставроса - 20 минут, до древней Стагиры и Олимпиады не более получаса езды. Закрытая парковка на территории,что немаловажно для Греции. Наша семья осталась очень довольна своим отдыхом. Гергана и Павел, большое вам спасибо! This is a quiet and cozy villa for families or couples in the suburbs of Asprovalta. Easy to find upon check-in. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped, air conditioning works. Comfortable beds. Very good wifi signal !!! The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and there are blinds from the sun. Well equipped barbecue area. Very friendly and pleasant to talk owners. They are ready to help with advice: what to see, what beaches to choose, where to buy fresh fish, where to go for dinner. The nearest beach with showers and a dressing room is not more than 10 minutes on foot, an underground passage is equipped across the road. More suitable for travelers by car: the nearest shops are 1-3 km away, you can drive and see many beautiful beaches, an hour’s drive is Kavala and the ancient and Philippi, in the other direction - Ouranopolis. The place is very clean and in a very quiet area - perfect for those that want to have a real relaxing holiday away from the crowd. The apartment is actually much better than the pictures. The owner also had no problem with us checking in very late in the evening..
