Very nice food at very good prices. Everyone in the store was smiling polite and willing to serve us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρά πολύ ωραίο φαγητό και καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Φάγαμε πρόβεια παϊδακια και ήταν πολύ ωραία ψημένα , μαλακά και νόστιμα. Το ίδιο νόστιμα ήταν και τα συνοδευτικά ,τόσο η πολιτική σαλάτα όσο και το γαλοτύρι. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμης και σίγουρα αξίζει μια επίσκεψη.
Very nice food and good service. We ate sheep ribs and they were very nicely cooked, soft and delicious. The side dishes were just as delicious, both the political salad and the galotyri. Very good value for money and definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are really looking for one of the best Greek paidakia, and proveio , (that is lamp in Greek) , this should be your stop over.
Located close to Larissa, and just a 12 km detour of the national highway linking Athens and Thessaloniki, the tavern is in the village of Rodia.
You will be positively surprised by the warm atmosphere there , and by the exceptionally cooked lamp chops.
Do taste the local fresh salad which is one of a kind in a volume and in flavour, that could satisfy even the most demanding .
The lamp chops are truly astonishing ! and one of the best tasted in the country.
The place can be become very busy on weekends as it becomes a favourite destination for the adjacent city if Larissa.
Try also the fried potatoes, they are not prefab, they are carefully peeled every single day, and you can tell that from the taste .
Before you leave, make sure that you buy some local tsipouro if you are lucky enough to find any, as recently it's fame goes beyond the locals so it tends to disappear pretty fast .
We have tasted also the white dry wine, which we found one of a kind !
It really worth the detour from the highway, as in just 15 minutes I have tasted the best lamp chops ever ? in the country.
So great and polite service, in a small Greek village ! Try it .
