★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να πω... Δεν έχω μπει σε ασανσέρ με περισσότερα προβλήματα, αργεί να έρθει, καίει τα μοτέρ της πόρτας, κολλάει. Και όλα αυτά σε πολύκατοικια 10 αιτίας!!
What can I say ... I have not entered an elevator with more problems, it is late to come, the door motors are burning, it is stuck. And all this in an apartment building for 10 reasons !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 μήνες το προηγούμενο καλοκαίρι το ασανσέρ χαλούσε όλη την ώρα. Κάθε 3 μέρες τους φωνάζαμε είχαμε μείνει μέσα τόσες φορές και ερχόταν και μας έβγαζε η πυροσβεστική. Τώρα πάλι μια από τα ίδια όλο έρχονται το φτιάχνουν και όλο χωρίς ασανσέρ είμαστε. Απλά απαράδεκτοι. Και πληρώνουμε συντήρηση 50 ευρώ το μήνα για να μην έχουμε ασανσέρ
For 4 months last summer the elevator was broken all the time. Every 3 days we shouted at them, we had stayed inside so many times and the fire brigade would come and take us out. Now again one of the same ones come and fix it and we are all without an elevator. Just unacceptable. And we pay maintenance 50 euros per month so we do not have an elevator

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Συχνότατα παρουσιάζει βλάβη το ασανσέρ μας σε σχετικά καινούρια πολυκατοικία, ωστόσο ακόμη το πρόβλημα δεν έχει ούτε βρεθεί, ούτε λυθεί. Κάθε φορά επικαλούνται δήθεν διακοπή ρεύματος που προκάλεσε το πρόβλημα. Καθώς μένω σε ψηλό όροφο τρέμω να μπω μη μείνω μέσα.....
Very good service. Our elevator often breaks down in a relatively new apartment building, however the problem has not been found or solved yet. Each time they claim a power outage that caused the problem. As I live on a high floor I tremble to enter not to stay inside .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλλάζουν τους συντηρητές χωρίς να μας ενημερώνουν και μας στέλνουν άλλους χωρίς ραντεβού και μας την λένε, γιατί δεν ανοίγουμε. Αλλά έτσι είναι εκπαιδευμένοι.
Δεν είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι. Και όταν πέρνεις τηλ.στο τηλεφωνικο να κάνεις παράπο και αδιαφορούν. Κρίμα στην εταιρεία.
They change the conservators without informing us and send us others without an appointment and tell us why we do not open. But that's how they are trained.
We are not happy. And when you go to the phone to complain and they do not care. Too bad for the company.
